Sad to see that so many unprofessional agents at Lakeville.
When I visited, the agent who served me was ok.

The road to access to brem mall is nt stated in google map, but it is really accessible, take the road you can heading to brem mall, after that turn left you arrive the road about to Jalan kuching. Not necessary have to drive to Batu caves round about

Nope definitely not up to developer. Basically they can only propose to DBKL and it's up to DBKL on whethe they agree to the proposal or not.

Boss, all promises usually onli meant for marketing. Not to say all Dev ll not do wat they promised but I blif TNS ll not do athg la.

Anyhow, can't generalize all Dev with few culprits.

According to newspaper mentioned that the new road will be built by gov..... 
If it is public area how can developer build a new road there?

Yup, main thing for me and my wife is the bigger balcony with the lake view, means we can hv friends over for tea or have our meals and relax on the balcony occasionally, plus more space to plan for her mini plant collection, just an idea anyway, might not even move there eventually.
Funny thing abt things like these is that u end up not using it, like a coffee machine or massage chair 

View is not that important as long as we don't see squatter area down your balcony, which can be upsetting. Normal terraces are fine with me

I would agree with this, view might not be the more important part but the entire area build up, hopefully they can do like what they proposed during buyer purchasing time. And also, the interior quality, that one would means more to me.
