Nowadays even showroom, market, garden, carpark, even your shoplot commercial area (one particular is crazy) or even your terrace house can be considered "potential development." LOL

After demolishment, it is all LAND.

Haha... Agreed. Another flash news...old shop along jalan gombak had bought by a developer which intend to demolish and build service apartment with shopping podium. And I think this kind of building is getting too much without a proper city planning and end up we are in some city in Latin America.

“This Taman Wahyu development is in an established catchment and surrounded by a lake. Marketing should be easy and they should also enjoy good pricing for this development,” said the MIDF analyst.

The project, to be completed in three-to-four years, is targeted for a soft launch in the first half of 2014 with registration of interest to commence in the second half of 2013.

Lakeville Residence will comprise family friendly serviced residences with built-up sizes ranging from 950 sq ft to 1,200 sq ft"

So what is the nice price for 950 sq ft to 1,200 sq ft? biggrin.gif
