Lakeville Residence site cannot be viewed from Jalan Kuching. One must drive into Taman Wahyu to see the site.
Airline - Nope. That is for Eco World. They are two different projects. |

QUOTE(Maxiii @ Aug 12 2013, 12:00 AM) Doesn't seem like much is happening on site...? Yeah...dirty pond, abundance rubbishes, STP.....and high tension cable.Squatters still abundance and the rubbish dump on site is still higher than the hoardings... Hopefully they don't dump it in the lake before starting construction...? Oh btw, does anyone know whether they have plans to decommission the sewage treatment pond located right next to the future building..? Can't imagine the condo to be located right next to this sewage pond while its operating right... |

If the lake within the compound, and this is strata-title property, the maintenance will be by JMB/MC...

QUOTE(accetera @ Sep 5 2013, 12:28 AM) Probably will do the forest thingy like in Damansara Foresta. Developer putting money one-off to beautify public amenities. Subsequently, authorities in charge. If they are more proactive, they should take over the lake. Fence it up and put jogging and cycling track around the lake plus street lightings. See how DPC little lake makes wonder.https://www.facebook.com/groups/115179435202482 The other complicated part is the outlet of the lake is controlled by JPS. THis lake was initially intended to be used for KL FLood Mitigation Project 2. But the contract screwed by by Peremmbarh COnstruction (typoe intended). |

QUOTE(wil-i-am @ Sep 29 2013, 05:24 PM) No Sales Gallery being built at site. The site has lot of rubbished to clear. TMS needs to build high billboard to obscure the insightful view while clearing them. Only some earthwork beng done. Hoarding also pretty pariah. One side looks okie the other side look cheapo hoarding.... Cinya low commitment... |

QUOTE(37 Exposures @ Oct 1 2013, 12:43 PM) This Maybank article is new but info on Lakeville is old I supposed. Their advert not long ago shown 688k for smallest size of 950sqft. Are they shooting on their own foot?. |
