I would say the current 2 block launch ... hardly you can see the incinerator because there will be 2 block build up right opposite of block A and B.

This is what I think lar. But if you choose the one facing the facility, that is the one that should be facing the incinerator if it is build.

The GS agent also tell us...people in Japan also stay beside incinerator..nothing happen...stay happily and long life rclxm9.gif


They even promote higher level , so you won't see the incinerator.

Asking about parking, is tandem front and back or side by side...also no idea by agent...will advice me after signed S&P shakehead.gif

Please la...we are not buying toys house like playing millionaire...we are buying something that we will eat into our commitment for 20-30 years...be more professional lar !!!

Agents are truly professional in making story...that's why they manage to sell Block A in few hours during launching.

is it true sales team whether from developer or agent does not know car park allocation location?
many say wait until SPA but some are good enough to call lawyer and find out the car park number

i don't mind to be served by ah lian as they are human being too and need to work but what is important is they must be genuinely interested in helping potential buyers
say dun know if really dun know and try to get the answers asap instead of simply give answers
after sales gallery is closed, instead of lepak play with smartphone, try to do more research
ask developer many questions so that you can be much prepared the next day
try to listen to buyers
try to serve buyers well
they may be ah lian ah beng, but do it right they can go up well.

then durian season you sell durian?
then perodua launches new car you sell car??

is it because they compare within that locality and this new project is considered a class higher (and brand new) hence they call it luxury? or because of security tiers they think is luxury? or lake is luxury? or incinerator is new project nearby so it luxury? laugh.gif

Project specs as follows:-

Block A - F , 38 floor & 8 units each floor = 1824 (total)
Block G 38 floor & 24 units each floor = 912 (total)
Grand total for this project 2736 units

Why so special about G and highly populated?

i find it hard to comprehend that the Prima location would be almost at their project front.

Who will the developer of the prima units be..? Mah Sing as well or different grp of ppl? The PRIMA units if super high density and done shoddily... nightmare!

2000+ units..take 2 cars per unit....u are looking at easily 4000 cars leaving that area excluding other contributors.....make sure the road can sustain such high traffic flow.....

also, anyone read the news recently on the pollution.....

Who's responsible to clean n maintain lake?....DBKL?....hahahh...better think careful before jumping into deep end of pool..... sweat.gif
