Exactly what I thought too!! They could easily spend a bit more and mob in more excavators, bulldozers and dump trucks to get rid of the horrible rubbish mountain. That would do their overall package more good than harm!

I agree with you tengster... Super low commitment!!
*
Agree, still lots of rubbush there. What an eyesore. Wonder when they will start to really clear the rubbish mountain.

So many units...  I need calculator to add
*
I think you want me to calculate?? Haha...joking smile.gif
With 2558units, estimate residents will be around 8000people, considering 3pax per unit. rclxub.gif
Not to mentioned about security issues, carpark issue and facility usage. Gosh....sad.gif

Nvm, this is night time d.

None = morning
Tight = afternoon
Loose = evening

Lakeville Residence is high density. I wonder whether they are targeting expats or not?
*
Hahaha..... smile.gif

I dun think expats like to live in high density highrise. Not exclusive to them. Moreover, not many MNC around Lakeville vicinity. Just my two cents.

errrr.... you think TMS trumps eco because it's been around longer? that's your criteria?
what if i compared F&N versus talam? do you think talam is better?
or fitters vs magna prima? magna is better?

i could be wrong and tms could indeed be the better developer. after all their market cap is definitely bigger than eco for now. but preference is always tricky.
just like selection of ms universe or ms world, each one definitely have their own picks. kekeke.
it just so happens between these two beauties, i picked ms. eco compared to ms. tms.

feel free to disagree.
*
+1
I like Magna Prima. Definitely better developer than EcoWorld, cos been here quite long time.

PR1MA housing has a cap on pricing. How do you mix such occupancy with higher end condo located within same area and sharing same facility floor? There is a mismatch in concept. it will work well if entire project is PR1MA, perhaps.
*
Just to highlight, the quality of facility floor will be tolerated if shared with PR1MA.
There will definitely be bastxrds vandalizing common property.
However, hopefully TMS know what they are planning with Lakeville. icon_rolleyes.gif

Another issue, with 7 blocks coming up, security is main concern.
More people and higher density, more security problems. sweat.gif

My cousin and aunt is living in Taman Wahyu now. They were robbed twice since Nov2013 till today. Constantly, there are motorists with parangs hovering the area. When residents alight their car, they will rob them. So, for those taigors who plan to go site survey, please be extra cautious. Hope nobody becomes the next victim. icon_rolleyes.gif

Heh pls lah, don look down people who waitng PR1ma le. It is affordable house not low cost flat. What u  mean 'bastards vandalizing' in PR1MA mind ur word pls.
Affordable house is cost u RM 350k - RM450K, low cost house only cost u RM40-70k.

Just ask ur self u will able to get answer is it possible to clean the lake? N it is possible to move the solid waste tranfer station?
*
Noted on your point.
However, I am not saying that people from PR1MA are bastards.
I am just saying that those who vandalize common property are bastxrds (irregardless poor or rich, PR1MA or condo taukehs). smile.gif

Don't think risk of abandonment would be much of an issue here. However, to get a good indication of TMS's promises and complaints frm buyers, do consult purchasers of Perdana Residence in Selayang and Garden Residence in Cyber. Havent heard of positive reviews frm contacts of mine who purchased props there though. Not sure of their other developments.
*
I have a friend vested in Perdana Residence. No positive comment too. doh.gif
And just for info, another friend who invested in One Sierra (also by Magna Prima) always headache with this developer.
They dare to ask additional RM30-40k to finish off that project. Else that will be another abandoned project too. shocking.gif

Just because a star CEO moves to a new company, you straight away give full valuation? If Steve Jobb were to start a new company Orange back then, can we straight away price it like apple? Let them proce themselves again in new company. Yes, they have potential to be great company. But they are not one yet.
*
Not agree.
Track records are very important. People follow successful leaders.
When Robert Kuok leaves Malaysia to setup business in China and Indonesia, those are new companies too.
But people believe in his capabilties. Same goes for EcoWorld.
However, do agree that they are new now. Time will tell. smile.gif

Of course track records are important. Recognising track record and giving full credit before credit is due are 2 different things.

Ok ok...straight to the point. If Lakeville is the same price or 10%lower than Ecosky, which one will you buy. What is your threshold for Lakeville price before you choose it over Ecosky? For me, I will only buy Lakeville if it is priced more than 15% cheaper than Ecosky, with similar things given like kitchen cabinet, appliances, car park etc.
*
Have to wait and see their launching price.... hmm.gif

Fronting row of link house. Poor fronting. Not fronting Jalan Kuching nor Jalan Kepong. I think they can do as well as those shoplots in Taman Wahyu.... tongue.gif
*
Huh??!! Those Taman Wahyu shoplots mostly are used as makeshift store woh. shocking.gif
I hope the Lakeville Shoplots can have something fancy like Coffee Bean, PappaRich etc...
Shops where people can hang out and shop around. thumbup.gif

the video...nice story line...but the size of the lake is very UNREAL.... let alone the turbidity of the water.

the view of the lake with KL background (ie two jagung and KL tower) is quite obstructed in actual scenario but look unobstructed in the video......let me explain..

1. the site floor level is much lower than Jalan Kepong FFL
2. After Jalan Kepong, there are two buildings obstructing the view up to easily 10-12 storeys. The buildings are crystal crown and Brem Mall
*
The Brem Mall buliding quite tall.
