Hi there..are you the owner there? if you do i suggest you spend sometime walk around and meet neighbours surrounding you and ask them is there any WA group formed.. or how the channel their complaints... maybe u might find something that u missed.

Hi, anyone can confirm how much is the current maintenance fees (if after the maintenance free period is over)? And also whether this maintenance fees cover the club house? Club house completed already?

Club hse seperate.

Mc now is 150rm or abt there.
When club house ready...expect to pay 30rn extra.

Not sure its compulsory or optional.

4 bidders just now. Sold at 365k. Very cheap. Congrats to the new buyer. If got time will share the exterior unit pics. Worth it considering bought cheaper than early birds launching pricd.

Only way is to attend the auction. That's it. Unfortunately, no website to track all the auction results.
Auction under the auctioneer: Property Auction House along Jalan Ampang used to have this feature but they already taken down the feature now.

What is 2 storey semi D cluster home mean? Meaning the back side join with the back side of another house?
So semi D cluster is still better than normal terrace home?

Just wandering why the price of this cluster home so high. Justify the price?

yes. Cluster means 10ft extra on side while the back sticks.

Depends on your needs whether you think it is justify or not, for me, I buy for own stay and not for investment. I enjoy the peace so far although there are some issues surrounding this area. We as community working hard together to make it better place though but still depends very much on MS.

Cluster semi-d ...backside joined together..10 feet land at one side...base on your experience semi- d like this.. 32x65...gated and guarded should be priced at ?
