bcos there are few lelong units (out of 9xxunits altogether).

I think you need to engage agents and ask them to bring you to view few units in MR2 and cross check the prices btw subsale and lelong.

IMO, lelong market is not meant for amateur investors, more so for homeowners. yes you buy at substantial lower price, but it also comes with greater risk.

M Residence 2 clubhouse fully operational. Swimming pool , bbq pit , gym , futsal court, basketball court,community hall, meeting room, lounge area,playground, running track and plenty parking.

Hi, can any owner tell me if it's hard to get school bus / transporter from MR2 to SMK Taman Desa 2? Considering to get a house but afraid of logistic issues.

Also, there are few transporters coming from Bandar Tasik Puteri..including my cousin coming from BTP to SK Taman Desa 1.
