now 2 years after VP. even a basic telephone line also cant get in.

Looked at the sign board of M Residence 2.




It look so ugly, eerie and dimmed at night!

Compared with M Aruna (supposedly to be called M Residence 3, they are shame of M Residence is it? Why change to M Aruna????)

The developer may have contracted with another company. Tm couldn't or would not get involve until contract expired. Resident could use mobile data service instead.

even with contracted another company, the Copper wire should in place during the construction!

do they expect evey single house to get contractor to lay telephone line or fiber line from external TMNet's exchange box !

by right should lay the copper wire during constructions
MR2 residence has completed, If want to lay now then is a messing job

if i remember correctly, there are holes (those very big diameter hose) layed down at the back of the house, not sure what those called, previously ms said that those are used to install the fiber etc.

but even copper line also tak ada... i doubt any project gone to such extent ba... fiber optic line is not common during the time MR2 was launched... so its acceptable....

from your house to the tm box fiber optic outside... the fiber optic line required is super thin only... no need big diameter hose... the only thing required would be tm must make sure that the area is already fiber optic capable for Unifi.... if the occupancy rate in MR2 is good... usually they will take action quite fast... wont more than 6 months...

based on my neighborhood, birch, i think there should be around 30% occupancy rate, but there is no action from ms even after mutiple submission of internet applications (2 times), it has been 1 year+ since vp.

i even tried to call tm regarding this, but as always their reply was "not sure"

i am not sure able the cable work, but i was told that the hose behind each house is going to be used for setting up the pole for unifi or something like that, i could be wrong.

and for basic necessities, even telephone line was not there, this was told by my contractor who is handling the renovation of my house.

i always tell people that if anything happened to me in my house, i am unable to contact outside due to poor mobile line and no landline.

to be frank, i am fairly disappointed with ms, i may not even consider to buy another property under them. The after sales support is so poor till i am getting frustrated

seems like alot of investors bought MR2... 1 year+ only 30%... 30% TM usually wont do anything on that area one... i rmb my taman achieve around 60% occupancy rate only suddenly they take action to install all the necessities for unifi before offering us their service... developer also din help us in the process of application at all...

how about broadband around the area? all not working well? they should at least install an enhancer near the location boost up the reception of mobile data....

i think it is a chicken and egg problem, without internet or good mobile coverage, ppl reluctant to move in. On the other perspective, due to lack of ppl staying here, service providers not willing to setup infra

while somewhere near anggun, unifi were setup a few months after vp. if i remembered correctly, their vp time was similar to mr2, my place. So, i wonder why the other developers can do it, ms can't?
We kept sending applications to tm but no action at all. What else can we do?

there was a something like booster tower setup in mr1, but that is out of range for mr2. For my case, my maxis is like 3g with 2bar connectivity at my master room, and that's it, the rest of the area of my house is like 1bar to no signal.
