How can I get to the Lotus Lake?

Is it open for public access? Drove till one school but can't find any entrance.

Parked along Jalan Tasik Puteri and found the Lotus lake. No wonder it is name so...wow nice. Lots of birds.

There was a stall at the entrance to the construction site but the Malay man there didn't seem like in a good mood to talk. Just wanted to know how to get tot the lake and where does the water in the lake come from. Any Rawang person knows?

I also hope we can have a upgrade package option, as I prefer green or neutral tempered glass stairs banister and balcony.  Its much more up to date and attractive than the current proposed metal railings!  To install after completion/handover will involve braking up the tiles to remove those metal rails, causing us even more expense to replace the tiles again.  Also with Strata Title will be alot of difficulty getting permission to do so!
Does anyone else agree with me please? 
Appreciate all feedback, coz maybe those buyers that agree can all collectively request developer to agree implement this as an optional upgrade package asap.

Well folks,  we had better join forces with each other to go forward to Mah Sing marketing dept to make our requests for the
upgrade package for option to have tempered green glass on the stair banister and balcony, instead of metal railings.  We can
emphasize that as property is strata, buyers need choice of two options because we're not allowed to simply make changes
under the Deed of Mutual Covenants.  Also, to emphasize the need to choose one of two pending options in order to avoid
damaging the tiles once installed.

Folks, please lets alert and gather asap as many buyers of M2 as possible here on the forum to agree on this proposal to be
put forward to developer, so that we can try and get endorsement for approval.  If developer agrees, they can then inform all
buyers of M2 ref the optional upgrade package.  (Not sure of course what the extra cost will entail, but a much more practical
and easier method than all the hassle later after completion/handover!!

I have a question regarding the SPA for MR2. Under Second Schedule 'Common Facilities and Services', why does it NOT indicate Clubhouse, Gym, Community Hall and Swimming pool/wading pool, also playground?? SPA only lists a landscape park, guard house and perimeter fencing. My concern is that if not outlined in the SPA that it is not binding. Does anyone of you have got a clarification from Mah Sing?

I'm also tempted by the Out Of City living concept of MR2. But do not forget to count millage to your work place.. mine is around 80km a day.

transport cost not cheap.. i think i'm going to take KTM.

I drove to the KTM station there but can hardly find any place for car park and its congested with taxis. Maybe just my timing, but I didn't go down that place that often. Any Rawang locals care to share?

Really hope news in papers that KTM might be like MAS is not true. Just imagine if they upgraded the KTM area with better parking facilities, wouldn't that be great? Can take a bike and park at the station knowing the bike will be there when we get back.
