it is the 5% + 2% discount

5% is default, 2% is u sign the SPA within a month from the time u pay the booking fee, if i'm not wrong.

Any status update on when the house will be completed and pass the key to the buyers?

First time buyer, with water and electricity not ready when i went to collect few weeks back. Sigh disappointed

moving into my birch unit next week after the completion of reno and cleaning.
One thing i am very not satisfy is that the telco signal reception here is so poor till non existence.

No telephone line = no streamyx

not to mention there is no unifi...

sigh...is there any mitigation on this by the management?

As it is not available currently, normal application method cannot be used as they replied ur area is not available.

It is more like convey your intention that you want to subscribe to streamyx/unifi. Then the telco will decide when they get the number they want

Wonder why is not mah sing who is supposed to do this, now the residences need to beg for even the most basic necessities (ie phone line) to setup here

May i know which guard house you submitted to? Is it the one at MR1?

i am also staying at birch...so you are saying the guard house at the main entrance, right? But my bro went there and the guard there said no such thing...

True to chuckiee's description, the birch unit which i am staying in, only maxis has bit of 3g/4g reception in my master room. The rest of telcos have no reception at all

My only means to surf the net by connecting to it via hotspot

not a defect, you have to install a water pump. That was what i did.











additionally, for anyone who is curious about when will there be any internet connection, this afternoon, i saw a unifi agent's tent setup at the MR2 entrance. He said sometime after Raya.
Let's hope it will be soon.

does anyone here know about the status of unifi/streamyx in M residence 2? There was some news about unifi coming in after raya, but no update after that...

Not sure if anyone received an email from the mahsing on m residence 2 internet connection applications. They are just going to push tm to setup the fibre if we can gather 30% of applications, so everyone pls apply, so the management can speed up the process

Sorry to ask this again, is there anyway to speed up the internet service provider to setup internet in mr2?

The days of using my phone as the sole internet device is very hard (e or 3g with weak signal), it is hard to even load the email in my mailbox, well, for now it is just my problem as i need to work from home sometimes during the night

I submitted my request to tm and management but it seems nobody cares...
