I think mahsing will only renew it when they are desperate to sell remaining units, y they bother to renew it if they able to sell everything now. I don't know the sales status of link house and cluster, still plenty available?

Some strata landed got gate some not. There is one individual title devlopment also go for gateless - open concept, I thk is depend on the concept of the developer trying to market, heard MR2 cluster sales going very slow, true?

Me too... GnG is the future for landed. Look at Ecoworld, all landed is GnG. Landscape and common facilities will be well maintained. There is all kind of people, human need a common rules to follow.

Mahsing really push the price to limit. If take MR1 phase 1and garden height as reference, i thk subsale for MR2 phase 1 shld be ard 550k only if the property market not yet crash

Too many on going project. Perhaps they are top 1 in M'sia who has the most on going project.
Can't focus, went too fast.
If market crash in 3 months, they maybe become another TALAM.
