Heard that the maintenance fee is RM280 instead of RM180. Can someone confirm this?

I saw that in another forum. One of the forumer said that RM180 is excluding sinking fund. Wonder if it is true

How slow is phase 2 now? Im thinking of booking phase 2.. Is it still worth buying?

Just wonder what is surrounding mr2 land. Passed by the main road I saw that mr2 is surrounded by hutan only.. Worry snakes, mosquitoes...
