Mr2 to mr1 is 2kms
Mr1 to jusco aeon is 5kms. There is mr3 in the making. Right now confirmed developments only handful to few. Tan&tan, gamuda n mrdc all have lands there (kundang)....matter of right timing only. Btw, mr2 location is in kundang, not rawang...strictly speaking. |

there are two different products, arcacia park and MR2. depends on what you are looking for at this stage of your life and what you can do with your life.
mr2 is proper gng with strata title, with own clubhouse, pocket garden and nearby lake. the house is smaller but sufficient as starter families. however its a small boutique development, your daily routine shopping will have to rely on other development outside mr2. Arcacia park, imo is one grade lower than mr2. Nothing wrong with that,,,its all depends on your wants and needs. but execution wise, i dont look up on low yat having seen their garden heights. the whole concept and building method are pretty much stuck in the 80's. although the township is huge and potentially good, but they didnt excecute it well enough. |

when u r building a township, bo pien loh,,,need to put in infra.
MS never builds township mah...only small residential estates.....except Aman Perdana, Klang. |

you forget about MR3.
they are not interconnected.....just piecemeal, here and there. there is no official size to consider township or otherwise.....think if you require to provide schools and land for mosque and other amenities, it considers as township planning qua... |
