Strata title unfortunately is not done yet until now. Last update we got from Mah Sing in September was that they can finally submit the ownership transfer after so long of delay for the TNB substation ownership from Mah Sing to TNB. It’s too slow it’s beyond disappointing that the owners have to keep on following up every now and then.

Only then the buyer starts making a move, right? Yes, of course I know the ownership of strata house is a bit different than individual title.
You are doing it yourself or it's done by your agent? And bloody hell the business with Pejabat Tanah could take ages, killing people with that working attitude.
I have experienced where my document there took around three months to be handled, INDIVIDUAL TITLE. Let alone if it's strata. Hahaha!!!
p/s: My wife love M Residence 2 ssoooo much.

It's sssoo clean and beautiful environment when the agent let us in. Seems like the management / JMB is good.
Do you mind to share, how much is the price of monthly maintenance there? I believe around RM130-RM150, right?
