I couldnt find 438k new gng with garden, lake n clubhouse in klvalley...not even klang or shah alam.

MR 1 just a guard proj but not gated n guarded. Also psf wise the price is higher than mr2..according to table showed by lowyst yesterday. I saw it in propcafe anyway.

Did u check whether mr1 has cctv on parameter fencing. How about intercom n is their common area n landscape ll b maintained by local council?

It depends on product. If the product is the same like non gng macam current prop there then dream on. So mus get those with gng n higher end but low price to hav chance for higher cap aporeciation.

For 18sf wide to fit two cars, it will be a big challenge. Squeeze in can la...open door macam mana haha.

MS still china apek comp no matter they branded n spend marketing on their comp. Mentality n service quality n sales person quality are no way near top tier deeveloper. i was at their sg besi hq. Horrible services n attention to customers were suck.

Their club house always like office feel without family oriented concept..harlo pls pay more for archi to get some more recreation feel.
