No, if I can remember correctly, it is RED cap and got the word "nano" something something written on it.

Just go to SONAX, say you wanna buy....and let them tell you they are not selling, yet still show it in front of your face. biggrin.gif

wafak you even have those LOL!

umm how is the price vs performance ratio? i don't particularly need WOWO products since my rims are off my car and i have AMPLE of time/flexibility in applying product, so i am looking for something that lasts longer and i don't think WOWO is the answer.

what about
- gloss
- beading/water repellent (i guess surface friction/strength co efficient? this probably also determines how well brake dust shrugs off)
- application (ease of it? would you have to sacrifice microfiber cloths? i know some coating/sealant product will harden and thus rendering your MF cloth dead after application/buffing off)
- durability
- heat resistance coinsidering they are for rims

Interested to know your opinions for this as well, although I'm more of a time-saving guy (IMO, I'd prefer to reapply new rounds of product instead of lasting rounds on the car, at least it's new. As for time, you'd never know when you'll have less of it wink.gif

Ahhhh....Enviro-Shield. Haven't used that in years. I think still have some left in my bottle....

I've used Enviro-Shield, Opti Seal and Zaino Clear Seal before. They are kinda similar in nature (WOWA - Wipe On Walk Away) but each have their own strengths and weaknesses. Anything in particular you want to know?

Wah! whats that in the mineral bottle?

i'm a lazy guy, so if things last longer (hence less need of re-application) it'll be a plus to me smile.gif
and... its not that i can always get the opportunity to have my rims lying around without tires fitted to them yet tongue.gif

- Well...first off....you need AT LEAST 2 layers to get a decent enough beading with ES, one layer would do with the other two.
- OS is a nice beader, ES is a good sheeter and ZCS is somewhere in-between.
- On my burgundy Waja, OS looks nicer, ES doesn't do much and ZCS is, again, somewhere in-between.
- Slickness OS -> ZCS -> ES
- Durability (by observing the beading and sheeting), ES -> ZCS -> OS
- Protection against water spots, contaminant, etc., same as above.
- Ease of application, about the same

I've only used OS & ES on wheels. Very easy to apply as you just wipe it on and leave it to cure, again, under the sun would be best. If use Megs APC to wash, one wash was all it needed to remove OS altogether; ES still got a little bit of life left. If use normal shampoo, I could put OS as lasting around 2 ~ 3 weeks and ES maybe another additional week or two. Again, I have to say, ES is NOT a beader so don't expect the rims to have nice beading, but it does sheet water better than OS.

Local Retail Price
ES - RM 77 - 8oz
OS - RM 125 - 8oz
ZCS - around RM 150 - 6oz

Value for money...well....go figure.... tongue.gif

But just FYI, I'm currently testing this on my Chery OEM wheels (which look curiously similar to Waja OEM.... tongue.gif ):

Sonax Xtreme Brilliant Shine Detailer

A few test by the guys in Europe shows that it's quite resilient to chemical cleaner. Though not as easy to apply as the three above but it's easy enough. And retailing at RM86 for 750ml, so far it looks very promising.

When you say "purchase locally", you meant getting it OTC(Over the Counter) as in easily bought in Supermarkets, or it's OK to purchase online from local sites and shipped to you?
