does n66u support 4g usb modem Huawei E3372? or any other usb 4g modem?

the support page provided for malaysia all are just 3g modem.

or n66u can support the entire list of 3g/4g modem regardless of region?

My iphone & 3 wireless security camera connected at the same time then i test my speed using TM provided router. I can get full speed without any problem. But when i test using Asus RT-AC55UHP with only my iphone connected to the router, i can't get full speed. Max i can get 52Mbps down 51Mbps up.

I have an Asus DSL-N12E modem which I bought more than a year ago from lelong.my. I am unable to find my purchase at lelong.my anymore, which results in the seller of the product is unknown.

On the other hand, I had accidentally lost my receipt and I did not register my product online. I do have the serial number. Is it still possible to check the warranty status online using this serial number?

You can message your serial number to Asus through the online chat on their website and they will be able to check the warranty period but it will be based on 3 years from the manufacturing date instead of the purchase date.

Hi ASUSmy. Does DSL-AC52U (DSL-AC52U | Networking | ASUS Malaysia) supports both Streamyx and Unifi?

For unifi must vdsl based, ftth is not supported.

Hi can I know what is the different between Asus RT 1300 UHP & Asus RT N18U ? I am using Unifi 50mbps & currently using the stock router my speed is very bad & no signal in my room. Which is recommended between this two for the entire house to get the signal. My house is a 4000 sqft Double Story Semi-D with the router is located at downstairs infront.

Yes its supported, but for FTTH MUST use with existing TM Modem. So for FTTH I recommend rt-ac52u instead dsl.

For VDSL, TM modem is not required as the Asus DSL already support VDSL port.

As long as you stick to the "RT" named models, you are good. The question isn't which is good, questions are your budget and requirements (coverage, features, speed, etc). General rule is, the better the router, the more expensive it is.. i suggest you take time out and at least read through the last couple of pages and visit blacktubi's website for some reviews.. Decide afterwards.

We may not be able to do provide the firmware that support the ASTRO IPTV for Maxis Fibre. This is because after we do testing, it will change how the current firmware behave.

The RT-N66U should be able to detect the USB modem as the firmware are the same.

Because the router not design to fully support LTE 4G connection, you may be be able to get the full LTE speed.

for most asus routers i recommend using RMerlin firmware. You can also get support at this forum https://www.snbforums.com/forums/ which is where RMerlin hangs.

The firmware keeps the stock look and but adds features, fixes some bugs and makes the router configurable like mikrotik and ubiquiti.
