Everytime when I try to browse a folder with only photos in it on aicloud, the page will give me an error of "Server error. Please reload page" and I won't be able to access the folder at all no matter how many times I reload the page. Anybody out there got the same error message? Is there a setting that I have done wrongly? icon_question.gif icon_question.gif

hi ASUSmy,

do you have guide on how to enable ipv6 at AC68U router for Unifi?
Is it only setting at router? Or I need request some setting from provider ™?

Thank you..

Should be the setting in the router.

My setting is as follow:

Connection type: Native
Interface: PPP
DHCP-PD: Enabled

Auto Configuration Setting: Stateless
Connect to DNS Server automatically: Enable

Enable router advertisement: Enable

Hi posthumous,

Thanks for the image, I can see that you are getting 10/10 in this IPv6 test.

This shown that your IPv6 is working.

Thank you

Hi wtw0911,

So far I didn't have any feed back on this problem. Can you try updating the firmware to the latest?

Thank you

Hi ASUSmy thanks for the reply. I have already updated to the latest firmware. The uploading progress bar isn't correct for me also. It shows 100% but there are files in the list that are still uploading. Can the technical department have a remote session with me so I can show them directly?

Hi wayn3san,

Thank you for the serial number, your router model is RT-N12HP (without the B1). And the latest firmware for this model is Version 3.0.0.4.380.2943.

You can download it from the link below.

Hi wtw0911,

May I know what is your router model and firmware version.

What browser are you using? Have you tried to access it locally and see the problem will appear or not?

Thank you

Hi, the file access problem is solved after I set the DDNS in the router.

But the file upload progress bar is still not correct. It shows upload completed but there are files that are still on the list being uploaded.

Browser is Google Chrome, router model is ac55uhp and firmware version is 3.0.0.4.380_4180

Hi prs516,

Under the WAN section, can you try click on the MAC clone and see whether the connection is establish. If you confirm the user name and password is correct, maybe you can try ask the TM side to help refresh your port.

Thank you

I just received new replacement RT-AC55UHP router from Asus. I'm using Unifi 100Mbps. When using speedtest via LAN i can get around 103Mbps down & 52Mbps up. But when connected using 5GHz wifi with only 1 device i can only manage to get around 24Mbps down 43Mbps up. I have tested using multiple speedtest server and restart my router and my BTU several times but still got the same result. QOS is disabled. My Firmware Version:3.0.0.4.380_4180. Please advice.

Maybe ur surrounding got 5GHz wireless interference. U might try change channel 1 by 1 to see which is the best you can get.

I don't think so. I'm the only one using 5GHz frequency around my area. I've check it using wifi analyzer app. Using TM provided router(connected via wifi 5GHz) i can get around 105Mbps down 54 Mbps up without any problem even with other devices connected.
