I only found ASUS RT-AC55UHP Firmware version 3.0.0.4.378.5209 2015/04/20 from Asus MY website. I don't think this is the latest one. Please advice.

Hi ASUSmy. I'm using RT-AC55UHP now. Sometimes i can't connect to my 2.4ghz wireless ssid. It just happen randomly. 5ghz wireless ssid and Lan have no problem connecting to internet. I need to restart my router to solve this problem. But it will happen again randomly. Please advice.

Hi ASUSmy

My RT-AC55UHP 5GHz wifi led suddenly no light but i can connect to it with no problem. My 2.4GHz have wifi led light and also no problem to connect. I tried to restart my router but the problem still there. Please advice.

I just got my free unifi upgrade from 50Mbps to 100Mbps. Now im using Asus RT-AC55UHP. When i test my 5GHz wifi connection i can only get around 20-30Mbps download but can get 50Mbps upload. Only 1 device is connected when i run my speedtest. I tried factory reset my router and set it new but will get error that my password is wrong. This error is false because i can use the same username and password to connect to other router that TM provide to me to test my speed without any problem. I also can get 100Mbps download & 50Mbps upload using the router that TM provided to me. Please advice.

I just received new replacement RT-AC55UHP router from Asus. I'm using Unifi 100Mbps. When using speedtest via LAN i can get around 103Mbps down & 52Mbps up. But when connected using 5GHz wifi with only 1 device i can only manage to get around 24Mbps down 43Mbps up. I have tested using multiple speedtest server and restart my router and my BTU several times but still got the same result. QOS is disabled. My Firmware Version:3.0.0.4.380_4180. Please advice.

I don't think so. I'm the only one using 5GHz frequency around my area. I've check it using wifi analyzer app. Using TM provided router(connected via wifi 5GHz) i can get around 105Mbps down 54 Mbps up without any problem even with other devices connected.

I faced same problem like yours. I factory reset my AX56U and set it up from scratch. No problem since.
