I have an Asus DSL-N12E modem which I bought more than a year ago from lelong.my. I am unable to find my purchase at lelong.my anymore, which results in the seller of the product is unknown.
On the other hand, I had accidentally lost my receipt and I did not register my product online. I do have the serial number. Is it still possible to check the warranty status online using this serial number?
