why not use access point mode..

In Access Point mode, you will need to pull a LAN cable where you want to put the router from the main router.

Okay, based on the image given by you,

The device that have lowest priority and didn't put port number you can remove it. This is because the device that is not in the rules table will default set to lowest priority.

And for you to see the difference, the device that has been set to highest priority must be sending high priority packet through the router.

If not, lowest priority device will also have the equal speed too.

And may I know how do you determine that the QoS is not working?

Yesterday I just replaced TM's router with my old RT-N66U (2 years old) which was used for my old house (I recently moved to a new house). However I found that one of my LAN port (Port number 3) is not working.

Does ASUS have any solution such as a splitter as I need to use all 4 ports.

If TM UNIFI, there won't be any setting on the LAN port 3. For UNIFI home, it will reserve  LAN port 4 for HyppTV.

Try changing other LAN cable with device that is working. If it still not able to detect then it might be faulty already.

Our networking device are came with 3 years warranty from the date of purchase. Do send for warranty claim from the place you bought the router from.
