I wondering does the RT-N14UHP support IPv4, IPv6?
beside the internal and deattachable external antenna different,
what feature is different also?

QUOTE(ASUSmy @ Mar 24 2015, 02:26 PM) Hi ahpaul82, Thanks for the reply. For your case, youtube are using HTTPS and HTTPS port are 443. When you on the QoS it is already prefix there. HTTPS is high priority and File transfer are low priority. You can try set both this to become low priority and add the game port that you are playing to highest priority. If there are no packets being sent from high-priority applications, the full transmission rate of the Internet connection is available for low-priority packets. If you didn't put specific MAC address then the rules will apply to all device. Thank you I wonder is this correct setting? specify on the MAC Address. |

QUOTE(ASUSmy @ Aug 17 2015, 11:36 AM) Hi ahpaul82, I had read all the links and video before I post this question. Maybe you can have look at the FAQ below to understand how the QoS works. https://www.asus.com/us/support/FAQ/113967/ http://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1010951/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t2rsUDIsx_w Thank you |

QUOTE(ASUSmy @ Aug 17 2015, 03:56 PM) Hi ahpaul82, Okay, based on the image given by you, The device that have lowest priority and didn't put port number you can remove it. This is because the device that is not in the rules table will default set to lowest priority. And for you to see the difference, the device that has been set to highest priority must be sending high priority packet through the router. If not, lowest priority device will also have the equal speed too. And may I know how do you determine that the QoS is not working? Thank you QUOTE(xperiaVuser @ Aug 17 2015, 04:04 PM) QUOTE If there are no packets being sent from high-priority applications, the full transmission rate of the Internet connection is available for low-priority packets. Taken from the QoS settings page. I think I know why. I guess I got the meaning of highlighted portion. it seems that I need bandwidth control rather than QoS. |

QUOTE(ASUSmy @ Nov 30 2018, 09:44 AM) Hi ahpaul82, I'm using Unifi 30MB. Don't think it is related to the WiFi, it is something related to NAT Acceleration. May I know what is your Internet package and can you try turning off the NAT Acceleration. Thank you Okay, will your suggestion tonight and see how. |
