My unifi account was created today and i changed the netis router to Asus AX56U immediately after TM configured and confirmed the speed is up to 300Mbps

I followed the configuration guide from blacktubi Asus Unifi, except the unifi plus box won't active when connected to lan4. It worked well under AX56U lan3. But i have a weird problem which AX56U will has red light on Internet LED. It happened a few times but it will turn back to normal after a while. Does anyone encounter this issue and got solution?

Switch to unifi business profile then lan 4 would work like Normal Ethernet port

LAN4 for old UNIFI device  smile.gif  I just changed my router 2days ago to Asus AX56U and don't find any issues. I'm not sure if your network cable from the modem to router could be an issue. I'm using CAT6 LAN cable and so far no issues for past few days.

So new unifi device using Lan3?

That network cable between ONU and AX56U actually is supplied with netis router. Well i had manually updated AX56U to latest firmware and see how is going.

I'm new subscriber unifi 300Mbps that comes with unifi plus tv
And i configured AX56U using unifi home, then lan4 can't detect unifi plus tv. So i plugged into lan3 and it worked.
I haven't test the lan4 of unifi home profile whether can work on other device like laptop or nas

So lan4 under unifi home profile only for IPTV (old version), can't work on unifi plus tv?

Hi guys, other than gaming port, any different between ax3000 and tuf ax3000? I assume if gaming using wireless (ps4 or ps5j, then there is no advantage for tuf ax3000?

Other than this, is there any significant improvement from ax86u over ax3000 (500Mbps in 1100 sq ft)?

Thank you

Oh, means no need vlan tagging on port 4? No wonder it can't detected on lan4 if configured unifi home profile. Then i should configure unifi business and connect the plus tv to lan4. I don't want to lose one ethernet port instead

Oh good, thanks for the info.

Me planning to use this at ground floor near my Unifi modem. From the AX88U router, tarik a LAN cable to my room upstairs and connect to Apple Airport Extreme upstairs (in bridge mode). I think with this is the speed and signal will be much better comparing if i get Zenwifi CX8.

Please double check your PPPoe username n password is correct,
or reconfirm the details with Time customer service.

I have no problem at all to setup connection every time I factory reset my ac86u after upgrade firmware.
TIME no need vlan tag, so if PPPoe username n password is correct, surely have connection.
