My Asus 86u just died, there is no light and no response. But this unit I bought in China 3months ago , does Asus malaysia able to provide warranty?

I am also eagerly waiting for AX86U since my China AC86U dead. I like the design as to me it is space saving.Most likely will go for local unit. Worry on the warranty claim

Yup. Only Lan Port No. 4 lighted. Bought from Gearbest and they could not assist on the RMA process. Any indications as to what will be the local price for AX86U?

i got two problem want ask here.
i have router AC86U set IPTV to maxis and LAN3 for voip. before is working. after lightning strike case. maxis router spoiled. maxis technican come to replace new maxis router. and the technician say router setting not like before setting by technician. he say every setting will set from server. so he just replace and test only. after getting online i switch back my AC86U main router and plug in AC86U LAN3 to maxis WAN port. my voip cannot work again.

second problem is technician send me a USB modem provide from maxis. i plug in maxis router USB port is working getting online.
but plug in AC86U and set dual wan ON. primary WAN is WAN. secondary WAN is USB. dual WAN mode for fail over. after i close my TM fiber module. USB modem light is blue but cannot getting online. USB modem model is ZTE MF833V. is it this modem have locked device?

Hi all. I'm using Rt-AX3000 router with maxis tp link router for VOIP. After updating the router firmware to 3.0.0.4.384_9354, my VOIP phone can't receive call only can call out. Already feedback using the router GUI page.

Hmm, I think if I add rm250 I can get ax3000, is ax3000 coverage as good as ac88u?  And can voip for maxis still works? Only con is 4 vs 8 gigabit LAN ports also ax3000 only has MU-MIMO 2x2... why???

Yeah, I'm using maxis default router for voip, ac1300uhp LAN 3 connect to maxis router WAN port and phone connect to the rj11 jack.

About 24 client connections, my biggest requirement is wifi coverage as well as no lag gaming

Just got the AC86U, the performance is ichiban!! 3 to 4x better than the current router (ac1300uhp) in term of performance, range and connectivity... now I can be ready to mesh the system...
