I doubt this has been asked before and I hope I don't get flamed, just curious if it is possible to change the stock rims to 15 inch ones and if that would help with FC? Just curious.

If you change from 205/55R16 currently to 195/65R15, overall diameter will change by 0.4%. That is negligible. So your ABS, ESC would not be affected. As for FC, theoretically you would get slightly better FC. But by how much is unknown because I don't think anyone has done it yet.

i dunno....not sure actually..anyone can confirm...base on the seat belt hole it cannot be adjust. some of my friends or my mum which is not that tall..when seat belt pull down to secure it they feel uncomfortable cause the seat belt seems to be choking their neck. unless a tall person wont be able to feel that it will be at the shoulder or chest area.

Even old model like waja etc can adjust. Not sure why they remove that on preve. Even removed the spec holder.

may be for proton's next model?

“Next year there will be a new model,” he said, adding that Proton also needs to work on the D-segment as there’s no more Perdana. “Proton wants to be in all segments,” Lukman declared, while also hinting at an SUV. No dates were given, although the new model in question should be the Prevé hatchback.

Got cases where my friend changed his Wira SE from 16" to 15" due to the his car's underparts kept on scratching any bump that he drove over.. Maybe that what ppl means when changing to smaller rims... hmm.gif

its the latest trend, small is d besh hik

----------

wira se is 205/45/16 when change to 195/55/15 its still low profile

preve is 205/55/16 change to 195/65/15 its like 175/70/13 in old wira

better stick to 16" but get lightweight wheels like advanti storm etc
