Most ecu is updateable...but is there any update will be release, is another question...

last time I check you can get rebate 2k for exec and cfe..

Hi. Just got my car 3 days ago. When brake the car brake pedal vibrates/bergegar. Its like the disc brake is not smooth. Can anyone comment on this matter. Thanks.

got helicopter sound? if yes just go back shoot the SA and get a replacement for disc brake, do not accept the offer of sanding/grinding the disc plate, might be material faulty. But then, mine now come back already the sound.. i think proton must fucuk their vendor.

hmmm... updates on my ride CFE. recently found out that this plastic C pillar inside the cabin start to come out from the groove.
I try to press it hard. it is intact for a moment. but after a drive or two it came off again. i wonder if those clips start to worn out...or is it the plastic need to use 3m sticker to stick it... this is after 7 month ++ of owning this car..

i hope this can be rectify in COSE. now is 15k milage already so when i reach 20k++ i will go cose again. to check this matter

Is preve CFE actually got seat belt height adjuster? Just wonder that plastic can peer off or not lol.

i dunno....not sure actually..anyone can confirm...base on the seat belt hole it cannot be adjust. some of my friends or my mum which is not that tall..when seat belt pull down to secure it they feel uncomfortable cause the seat belt seems to be choking their neck. unless a tall person wont be able to feel that it will be at the shoulder or chest area.

Hmmm weird. But if u realise, the new neo r3 car launched lastweek, the colour is fire red. So thats the same as preve's fire red.

Blue seems to be least popular, eh?

I know the Exec engine is different from the Preve's but..

I save RM8-10k on Executive.

It comes with two airbags, doesn't it?
But then I can put in leather seats and change the radio to a GPS/Reverse camera unit...

I just worry that the engine will not be responsive enough...

Added on December 4, 2012, 10:24 am i believe that uprated cvt tranny can hold the uprated cfe.
it's better to shop for higher rating than VT3, rather than godek2 the current tranny.

on other note,

it's really that the current manual tranny can take higher torque?
well, everything has it's own limitation.
may be the manual cfe (if any exists) will not be using the current manual tranny offered in exec now?

yup.. agreed.. its just that proton need to fork out more on the rnd investment since it required more modification on the whole powertrain set.. but i read somewhere, punch powertrain is in a midst of rnd a new gb... it might materialised.. or might not...

im driving driving exec..

I doubt this has been asked before and I hope I don't get flamed, just curious if it is possible to change the stock rims to 15 inch ones and if that would help with FC? Just curious.
