i jz called NCCC.org.my, i have told i have a right to complaint to mcmc (SKMM), their number: 1800888030

I will complaint first, hope more people can join in for the complaint

Yup it was down since this morning and afternoon when i checked.this frequent service distruption is happening too often. i think we should get together and defend our consumer rights. been using unifi for 2 years, hardly any complaints.

i managed to call maxis in the morning using my mobile (have to pay 10sen/min) and was put on hold for 15 min

finally got in and found out all PJ down due to TM issue

until now, i still can't get online. can anyone confirm if they face the same problem?

Maxis just blaming TM? Or sabotage by TM?

Anyway, my internet was fine, no interruption, but the VOIP was down for over 1 day. I tried all the usual ways, re-enter pw, restart, hard reset, nothing worked, the VOIP status green but cannot register. Service up by itself early this morning.

I am in DJ.

better you report your own, my report consist of my private information. you should draft your own complaint. if we always thk to let people move first, all these big company will take all the benefits from us.

this is the email address that i got from them. normally all the complaint will be question direct to maxis. it is up to your choice to get a better service or not.

We should always complaint to higher authority. Thats why MCMC fined maxis and other companies.

Face the same issue before... Restart the modem and it's dead... Only 1 red light on...

Tweet and nag to the CS and they call me around 30 minute later (that time was midnight) and instruct to hard reset the modem and reenter all detail... after that work fine until today...

Problem : Downloading .rar files from DLNext server only 1/5 to 1/3 of max speed

Is is throttling? If yes, when would they release?

Guys... can you try speedtest to Singtel... I'm unable to finish it... stuck3/4 of the way.

But other Singapore server have no problem.
