The latency to singapore servers was previously 15-40

Now its unplayable

Looks like the ping to Singapore BF3 servers have improved, but not the Aussie ones

And not all Sg servers have acceptable ping

On Maxis Fibre 10mbps RM118/mth

Im on Maxis HF RM118 in Putra Heights Selangor

My internet is out since this afternoon. Was ok until around 230pm, then i switched off both fibre modem and rgb when i went out. Came back at 7pm and unable to connect.

Fibre modem all led is on and good. Rgb led broadband only is out.

Called maxis careline, 1st guy asked me to do modem reset and reconfigure. Done and still no connection. 2nd time called the guy say Maxis having issues with the tm modem nationwide, while the black Maxis modem is connecting fine. said TM side is attending to the issue, but no definite timeframe.

Will try to reconfigure and reset using the above guide again and see it how it goes.

Update : tried 2nd reset using the above guide. Still unresolved, still the same.

I wonder who im paying each month, Maxis or TM?

just called Maxis for a report number

3rd call - asked me to change lan cable to lan2 on tm modem and lan2 on RGB. WTH. WAN for what? Good God maxis im disappoint.

4th call, asked for a report number. CS say would be escalated.

Now gonna learn more about aduan to CFM. Lets burn Maxis.

My internet down since yesterday, after i switched off my router in the afternoon. Was OK all this while before.

Called Maxis total of 4 times, asked to do reset of router. Still the same.

CS say there was problem on TM side and they are trying to resolve it. They cant give a timeframe to resolve.

When you say PON, did you mean 'optical' or 'pots'? My tm modem have no PON LED.

Optical LED is OK, PON is not lighted

So how many hours of no internet should I report to CFM?

Package : 10mbps RM118/mth

Area : Putra Heights, Subang Jaya, Selangor

Problem : Downloading .rar files from DLNext server only 1/5 to 1/3 of max speed

Is is throttling? If yes, when would they release?
