hello everyone, new runner reporting in here, can i join LYN runners and be number 126?

fairly new to running, only started running regularly and more seriously 3 months back in april, when i signed up for scklm 10km, which was only the 2nd proper event run i've ever been in

still remember my very 1st one, putrajaya night marathon 2011, which i joined for 10k without training at all, thinking playing badminton once a week back then should be enough...only to finish it in a whopping 93mins lol, had to jog/walk/limp my way to the finish line

anyway i'm based in kepong, so would tend to run around that area on weekdays, would be glad to know any kaki here to run together.
however on weekends i do like to venture out a bit and run at different parks, so far i've been to most of the parks around kl, looking for more!

Some of us will train in Desa Park City .. do look for us ..

Hi i am also new here too. Fairly new to running started last year in Putrajaya night marathon 2011, i run as tenno. Nice to meet you.

As far as i know BIM 2013 is still in planning stage, next year i hope they keep the route. Nice to run, although i haven't booked my just ticket just yet. Might do some driving from KK to Sandakan or Tawau next year.

nw airasia promo, but i scare i cant make it that day, stil considering. need to ask few friend go together, but donno then kuching will have any running event on that day o not

August is raya + puasa, no event unless u go overseas.

Take it as a break la. training or rest up to you.
I realised I joined 14 events from January to date.. nowonder feeling a bit tired now

when do you guys usually run? the bigger loop or the smaller one by the lake? how to find you guys? people who wear LYN runner shirts?
i'll be running there tonight at 9pm around the big loop prolly

you can join the other AKOTR runs in Indo or Philippines in September haha, i'm most likely gonna join the indo one

for weekdays after work will go down to DPC and jog but also depend on my workload

but i won't wear LYN Runner shirt unless is a race day ..

He bought my bib...so he ran as me... hahah

Yep, i also thought so too...so if so happened they change the date, it's ok too coz treating it as a vacation, go jalan jalan cari makan since never been to kk yet..

If I'm not mistaken, u can try to ask and join those runners that hangs around Polo Ground during the evening. They usually LSD during weekend
