Hey guys, just wanna ask. Especially those who participated Stand Chartered Run This Sunday, there's an Olympic Run under McD. Will i be able to park at Dataran Merdeka? Knowing it's gonna be really crowded and most of the roads will be closed or isit advisable for me to take the LRT to Masjid Jamek and walk to Dataran? If so, does the LRT open that early? Registration starts at 6.30 if im not mistaken. Thanks alot! Sorry, first time participating a run

I took part in Nike KL Run last year where it was held near to Dataran Merdeka too. I parked my car just behind it without any problem. Standard Chartered was different since there were a lot more participants, hence it's not advisable to drive there. For McD I guess the number is not that big compared to SCKLM so it's up to you how you would like to get there.

My father advised me to use the LRT. Any idea what time do they open for service? And during Nike KL run, was the parking crowded?

when can we get the std chartered cert?

race start at 7am, their register means u need bring along your register coupon and 2 bib. They will give u a ribbon so u can go in to their kandang...If u go by LRT, please take 6am LRT and u will reach by 6.30, walk to dataran just around 5min. So no way u going to be late....

i manage to park behind court near dataran merdeka....just few step to starting line during SCKLM event going back also not having any problems....u must go early than u can get the parking...

SCKLM i was there at 2am....
for mcD i will be there 5.30am.....

i also parked there, reach there around 3am.. then shortly after i park my car they closed the entrance

once i reach there, alot cars coz ppl watching euro2012.....after they turn off the giant screen, slowly ppl went back.......then only manage to get parking
