Haha .. I don't run around at Tmn Melati, is not safe for me .. Mostly my training ground will be at bukit aman, bdr kinrara or putrajaya ..

Well, the Mio watch was given after paying an additional RM65. At least they threw in a pair of socks for this coming one. The one on New Year's Day got nothing from Newton except the running tee.

me sip only at roughly every 2K with own hydration (plain water + ORS). energy gel only be used if want to compete, or feel need it (normally they said consume at every 10K, or 1hour interval).

Yesterday trial on barefoot .. feeling not bad .. run with slow pace ..
then try on 5mins pace .. not bad also smile.gif
