taman bukit jalil only open til 8pm. Is better run from 5pm - 7:30pm, I always run there, smile.gif. There really a great place for training, always uphill then downhill, lol.

Hey guy, I just register the PJ Half Marathon. Anyone in??? This is my first Half Marathon, don`t know can do it or not..... Currently my maximum only got run 15KM... Hope can do that. smile.gif

Thanks, brother leanman. Hope can get the register for this Nike We Run KL 2012. That mean September I go PJ Half Marathon, October go this We RUn KL 2012. Planning to register MPIB Run 2013 as well!! lol

I totally agree with your mention, Nike only want more youth get poison on their so call sport products. Honestly after I read the Born To Run books, strongly feel last time already cheat by so call Nike best running shoe!! doh.gif

Now I already change to BareFoot running style with Vibram Five Fingers Speed, feel no more knee pain & feel run more smooth. The feeling is so great!! thumbup.gif

If I get the We Run KL 2012, I sure will wear the VFF run there, hehehehe. brows.gif

Hey guy, CICM responsible care run 2012 is open for register now. I got something want to ask: the information show RM45 for early bird, but when I go themarathonshop website register it show as RM48. Is it normal??
