How do you pace yourself in routes that you have never run before? I worry that if start too fast, then will poncet fast. But if go too slow, later hard to catch up if the road get tougher later.

anyway Nike run is about 10.6km i believe, i mapped it out, which pisses me off since if it's stated 10km so why add that 600m which is a huge difference
