perfect weather for a personal best!!! not too dry weather so wont dehydrate the mouth too soon and no rain so wont have wet clothes dragging down the weight..can start & finish strong!!

Was it good?

Just back home after Nike 10K Run. Finished in 1 hour 12mins. Too bad, I started from right behind and my 1st KM took me 12minutes.

Didn't really enjoy the race. The track was a little challenging and nice, but most of the participants are fun runners who were walking all the way and they occupied the front areas (starting line). I was running zig zag all the way until the finish line.

Sad thing is, I got a Women's finisher tee. This is outrageous.

Lol....how is that possible? You queued at men's row right?

Of course. L size some more.

As this is my first event run, I have no complains except queue for toilet is super long. Lucky we managed to sneak into hotel toilet

Crowd wise is quite a lot. Mostly college students. Can see buses from Tar College.



From my position to the starting point takes about 6 minutes (based on my gps finishing time vs end gate time)

Today's run was a good experience for me. I burned quite a lot of energy at the first 3km doing zig zag passing people and also jumping on and off the side pathway. Really not a good idea cause by the time 5th km, I already feel tired. Had to stop 3 times for drink

Upon finishing the ending line @ Padang Merbok. It was so freaking muddy. No way you can avoid it. They give away water, banana, ice cream and even free ChaTime

Overall I enjoyed it, and lucky the rain stopped. Now I have less than 1 week to prepare my first Putrajaya night rung 21km. Never run so far, gonna be tough... but looking fwd
