This thread is opened for discussion on:

1. Football replica or player issue jerseys/shorts/socks
2. Football training jerseys/shorts/socks
3. Namesets (NNs) and patches

The discussions here are generic but related to the items above, such as where to find a certain jersey or nameset, asking questions on patches etc...

Anyone can share their latest jerseys they bought since this is a thread about jerseys.

RULES AND REGULATIONS (R&R)

Make sure that none of the things below are mentioned:

1. Talking/discussing about fake jerseys/patches/gear
2. Flaming and causing stir/arguing with another LYN member
3. Any racial abuse or football clubs sentiment
4. Anything that is against the general rules of this forum.

If anyone breaks the rule, they will be reported to the moderators and admins.

As discussed with the previous thread starter, I decided to volunteer and open the thread again (thanks MobyDick).

For newbies, any questions please refer to page 1 first. I will post some guides in the first page for references because sometimes the same question is asked over and over again..

EXTRA ATTENTION TO MEMBERS OF LYN FORUM AND REGULARS TO THIS THREAD!

Most of the regulars know who are the previous troublemakers who like to cause stir in this thread. They will either:

1. Insult people's collection
2. Brag about themselves
3. Insult other people's knowledge on jerseys
4. Flame other people
5. All the above.

IF YOU FIND THEM POSTING IN THIS THREAD ... please report to the moderators and IGNORE THEM ... because their postings are worthless and most of them are more into seeking attention only..

If you post in the forum, then you agree with the rules stated above.

Thank you!

WHERE TO BUY NAME/NUMBER SET (NNs) AND PATCHES

ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE LETTERS/NUMBERS & PATCHES FOR THE TOP 4 EPL TEAMS

user posted image

Letters/Numbers are in black or white colours. Navy & Red NNs depend on stock availability and are ordered and sold as sets (not individually like black and white).
Locally each EPL letter costs RM6 per letter and RM35 per number. So if you want to buy ROONEY 10, it will cost:

(6 letters X RM6) + (2 numbers X RM35) = RM36 + RM70 = RM106

A pair of EPL patches (normal or champions patches) costs RM49 per pair (2 pieces for both sleeves).
You can purchase the EPL NNs and Patches (normal and champions) at:

1. Local Stores: Al-Ikhsan, Real One and Q-Line
2. Online:

RECOMMENDED FOREIGN ONLINE SPORTS SHOPS FOR PURCHASING AUTHENTIC JERSEYS/NNs/BADGES

Here is the list of names/address/contact information of local sports shops that have a previous and currently proven record of selling authentic items (jerseys, namesets and badges). As you all know, one of the rules and principles of all JCs (Jersey Collectors) are to say no to fake jerseys, NNs and badges.

We had a case with one of our previously recommended and endorsed shop somewhere in KL who we previously trusted and recommended to our friends and other fellow JCs. But in early 2008, 2 of their employees broke our trust and started to sell fake namesets and badges. Our mistake was not to spread this news because we though it was a one off case and we had good faith on that shop. But sadly it became worst because many people fell victims to these 2 unethical sellers who preyed on naive and innocent buyers who wanted to buy original items and paid the items with prices that matches authentic items. Is it unethical but at the end they got away with it because we didn't have any proof against them. It is funny to see how they pretend they didn't know about it and were plain cowards for not admitting it or still claiming that it's authentic. And at the end, the tauke himself said to one of our mates in the JC group to trust him more than us. That really upset us because we were wasting time giving them chance to sort out things, trusting and endorsing them, and at the end.. after trying to gain back our trust and believe on them.. we were scolded back as if we were the one starting the fuss. Takkan pokok bergoyang kalau tiada angin bertiup.. right?

So what we can do now is.. for the sake and safety of other JCs, newbies and friends out there is to list down the local and foreign sports shops that are guaranteed to sell authentic items and are personally endorsed by us. We might not have 10 years experience of selling items (quoted by someone who claims that players actually wear jersey with PU typed NNs during matches because they are light.. WTF..?) but we know our stuff. And I have black and white proof to back that up.

Anyway if you want to visit the recommended shops that we endorse, here they are:

Yup, needs improvement. Hope Warrior does a better job for next season. Its hard as the fonts are small and tends to crack easily after numerous washes. Even the big standard chartered logo also crack already doh.gif

Current 2010/12 season home kit. From next season onwards, LFC home kits will have one season life span. Guess gone are the days of the two season home kit policy

Do you guys wear it often? My Chelsea kits all still ok, but I wear it like once every 3-4 months.

Remember not to hang dry under direct sun.

Yup gone are the days, welcome to the club. Chelsea have been doing that for quite sometime, wallet also empty.

Yup, no under direct sun but still crack end of the life cycle. Three new sets of kits every season is indeed tough for collectors or supporters like us. Good thing is towards end of the season, price drops faster. I rather buy end of season original than wear new season fake. Guess everyone is busy buying Euro 2012 kits now.

Yup, I agree. Most of my kits are also normally at discounted price. So far, the only ones that I bought at retail price is mainly the home kit. Both the away and 3rd normally I will wait till about Christmas to get it since it's real steal during those period.

Wise financial decision making bro. Priority is home kit as its worn the most while away and 3rd Christmas sale also can start considering already. And there's always kitbag with the extra links :-)

Problem is that when it's on sale, there's a mad rush for it, and you risk running out of sizes. Also, especially when the kit is known to be the last for the season i.e. Liverpool home/away/3rd under Adidas this season. Liverpool home kits were already flying off the shelves before the annual sales, and now only the super big sizes are left.

Yup especially those S and M sizing. Normally those are the ones being mad rushed for. My take is, not to wait until it's too cheap, about 10-15 pounds off, then grab! Haha!

Valid point there Aaron. I guess its all down to timing and some wisdom. And its sad to see the lfc online store using the cup finals to try to get rid of the XXL and XXXL sizes.

Can't be helped, because I think the contract was 'ended' not on amiable terms. They should've put in a clause or something, but somehow or rather, it was not deemed significant then, thus the fans will have to bear with it now. I'm not sure if the store made the transfer available to the public who'd like to add them on to their shirts now, I'd think this would be a wise move to meet the growing demand for the cup final shirts.

haha nothing lasts forever mate, even the embossed ones last time may 'peel' off eventually. football kits were simply not meant to last forever, especially the non-embroidered sponsors, etc.

Yes. If you are printing the namesets that you buy from them, normally they won't be any charges. If you bring your own namesets, then a minimal fee might be charged.

honestly i dont think so. warrior brand is poorly stich. Any kit with that Liverbird on is a fake though, club can't copyright that design, so has to have the full Liverpool club crest on it.

Doubt the Liverpool kit is real as the warrior and liverbird (which I'll be over the moon if really lfc brings that crest back) logos are too small and not proportionate to the kit. Design maybe might have some ounce of truth in it but that particular photo is a fake copy. Just my two cents worth

Try MKZ, they are selling it RM49 per pair. If you want to get the Respect FA Patch, that one is currently sold out.
Alternatively, you can also try wiggysport.

Try MKZ, they are selling it RM49 per pair. If you want to get the Respect FA Patch, that one is currently sold out.
Alternatively, you can also try wiggysport.

Thanks for the heads up, bro.

How about the EPL badge? will the size be different?

Cos i'm planning to buy the new arsenal jersey. but i'm wondering if i should put in the EPL badge as well...but no numbering.

does this means it is better either to apply both the badge and the NNs from kitbag or dun apply the badge and the NNs together from kitbag.

cos if i apply badge from kitbag n then do NNs using Lextra, it will be weird right?

Hmm, what I do last time is I get the shirt from KB.
Then get it printed at ALI BB. In a way, it's cheaper.
Because all I know, only Subside sports offers Lextra and Player Sized NN's and Patches.
Maybe you can ask some sifu's here for a better clarification biggrin.gif

i like the way this kit being design & material used, the club crest, samsung & adidas are PU instead of embroidery even for replica.

i mean those used to be embroided for replica (adidas logo & club crest) unlike PI, its just patch. the way i look at it, the replica is similar to PI. side by side comparisons with the formotion/techfit would be nice.

That Liverpool jersey is extremely classy. And this is coming from a Manchester United fan tongue.gif

I have a question for the sifus here,

I recently got myself a replica Manchester United kit. I noticed the sponsor logo (AON) was a little crumpled, so I decided to iron onto the logo (I ironed by placing another shirt on top of my jersey).

It turned out nice and straight, but the jersey seems to have bonded onto the logo as well, exactly like how the names and numbers look in schmeichel7's thread: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1145948/+1855. If I look closely I can see the little holes on the AON logo.

Has this diminished its value in any way?

In addition, I didn't realise it before, but I did the same onto my Kashima Antlers away 2012 jersey as well. I could see faint little holes on my LIXIL logo. >_<

Just wanna know what is the warrior sports technology for the liverppol kits? For example adidas got climacool for replica and techfit for player issue, nike got dry fit for replica and t-bar and authentic for player issue.

So liverpool kits got what technology? And whhich country to manufactured it? China, UK or US?

Reds unveil new home kit

Manchester United’s new 2012/13 home kit blends cutting-edge technology with a design inspired by the club’s rich history and close bond with the heritage of Manchester.

This relationship is represented by the striking gingham print which runs through the shirt – a tribute to the world-famous fabric that powered Manchester’s growth from a small market town to a global centre of cotton textiles. Its iconic checked pattern remains an enduring symbol of the city’s culture today.

United itself was forged by industry: it was founded by local railway workers as a focal point for the community in the industrial era. The new design pays homage to the role that working-class values such as respect, hard work and responsibility have played in building a club defined by glory. The new kit truly is 'Made of Manchester'.

Now a powerhouse of world football, the club remains forever intertwined with its local roots. A motto on the inside of the shirt’s collar, 'Forged in Industry, Striving for Glory', reminds the players to uphold this tradition every time they step out on to the pitch.

Manchester-born and raised striker Danny Welbeck said: "As players we’re honoured to pull on the Manchester United shirt. It’s a huge club that means so much to so many people, and the new kit helps remind us what we’re all part of and to give everything we can to keep the tradition going."

Are there any sizing differences between the 01/02 Roma kit versions (regarded to fitting)?

Cause I have the the Home kit with the "Ina Assitalia" sponsor and when I got the Away shirt with "INA" sponsor, it looked looser than the Home one...

possible ManCity home kit?

"Manchester City defender Aleksandar Kolarov is pictured wearing the new Manchester City home shirt.

*
don't be deceived by the brand, either adidas or nike they just sports brand not textiles manufacturer. the fabrics itself came from 3rd party provider like Everest Textile

ok here goes, after myself & fren make some comparisons. based on the pics he posted

spain:
1. the climacool is written in all white text when it should be greyish metallic instead

germany:
1. the crest (Bird) is thinner

rest i leave it for u to decide. all the best. rolleyes.gif

guys, is there a way to get certain letters for the current champions league font for Man Utd? The E, V and R letter is not sticking even though i ironed it several times. I know the other solution is PU glue but I'm a klutz and will likely ruin the jersey.

I have a couple of link here that you can use as reference:

http://www.kaskus.us/showthread.php?p=694530901

http://www.jerseybola.com/342-jual-jersey-...ayer-issue.html

I'm a collector of player issue jersey but I don't if this guy is selling the real deal or not since I didn't see it first hand. If you buy Euro Techfit jersey, they should come with a special bag. i bought the Germany Home Techfit jersey for RM499 and it comes with a special bag.

AI have always sold original stuff, no reason for them not being able to cari makan if they continue to sell original products to customers.

There will come a time where the fakes will approximate the original replicas too much that it'd be impossible to differentiate at a glance. All I can say is, if you want original products, better to get them off reputable stores (online or otherwise).

I'm not really a fan of Al-Ikhsan but I kinda hate this "Al-Ikhsan grade" mentality.
Anyway, Protechkitzone is a good alternative for online store. Bought France Euro 2012 home kit for RM205 (pre-order). J'adore this home kit. One of Nike's best design.

Yup, my Chelsea kit also got from them. Got it earlier than launch date though. But normal ETA is about 7 days. If you want to get it fast, then go to MKZ, but do ask for stocks availability first.

Mate, a fake is a fake no matter how alike it is to the original. That's why we condemn fakes cos a lot of pol buy fakes n try to pass them off n sell to others at higher price. These r the most hated "collectors" n I hope u do not become one.

Check this out. The first 3D jersey in the history of football.

This is the new Lyon 3D ( YES 3D- three dimensional!) jersey 2012/2013, French giants Olympique Lyonnais’ new third kit for the 12/13 season. This third OL jersey 2012/13 has been made by Adidas and will be worn by OL in Europe next season. The defining feature of this Lyon 2012/13 European shirt is that it contains 3D images that will be visible only to viewers having 3D glasses, and is the first 3D football shirt in modern history. This OL third kit was officially unveiled on April 27, 2012.

Lyon’s new third kit is black in colour and also contains white across the strip that has reminded more than a few OL fans of rivals Bordeaux’s jersey. The Adidas stripes on the shoulders of this black Lyon jersey are white in colour, as can be seen in the pictures below.

I'm stunned by the design, doesn't appeal at all to my eye. I'll be darn disappointed if this was true. What happened to our actual logo color! Looks like a polo t to me. doh.gif

Do you guys think Chelsea adding the gold star above the badge will be a permanent thing?
The club megastore is going to sell the version of the kit with the star and CHAMPIONS print.

United and Liverpool didn't add stars to their kits when they won the CL though.

I just bought the new 2012-13 kit. Will have to buy another kit with the star should it become a permanent part of the badge!

Guys, just a quick check, anyone here has got contacts to frame up kits? I've got a supplier but the method they use is sticking the shirt using glue, so there's no way I can remove it next time.

Unless they plan to bring them back if they qualify for the CL again, hahaha.

b.another one with the new jersey with champions and number 12 printing ..

As far as i know, BPL will not allow an additional star to be added on the shirt, it just a way to commemorate, it won't use in actual match in BPL smile.gif

They'll probably add it to their kit for UCL games.

Funny that Bayern Munich has their stars on permanently. Barca and Real Madrid never do. Depends on the respective FAs as you say. Different strokes for different folks.

Hey guys,
Was wondering if anyone here knows if this jersey is authentic. From the pictures all the patches and crest look the real deal. Also comes with swingtags. However, price might indicate that its too good to be true.

Bayern has 4 stars above their crest because they won Bundesliga 21 times. Real Madrid doesn't really care about star I guess as they already have multiple-winner badge. tongue.gif

lit_ching is right, the only way Chelsea (or any other BPL teams) can have star on their BPL jersey is to change their club badge to have stars laugh.gif

Here's a good summary as to what stars on a team's shirt signifies:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star_(football_badge)

and this as well:

Anybody knows where to find good repros of Gold Cup badges (the PU version)? I've made the st**pid decision of buying and applying a repro from a seller called venster and it ruined my Mexico shirt cry.gif

His repros have an awful quality. The badge faded while I was applying it. vmad.gif

This seller su**s, don't buy from him.

Costly, though!

Anyways, I have a question ..

I've seen a Barcelona shirt with nike tags and I've seen one with Barca logo tag.

Is it because one is from Nike and the other one is from the club store?

The jersey looks authentic to me..

Back in 2002, the nike world cup kits (Brazil, South Korea, Portugal etc etc) the authentic replica kits were the same like this shirt, Made in Thailand.

The shirt's washing tags looks legit, european market. The black nike security tag has the security thread sewn into the left side of the black tag.. if you look closely at the shiny security thread, you can see the small nike swoosh logos..

I can say that it looks authentic. I am not 100% sure since I do not own this jersey, so for others who do have one.. can double confirm on this.

Oh nothing, it's just fake jersey sellers these days usually show jersey packed in a zipper plactic bag. You know to make it look legit. My bad, I didn't make it clear what I want to convey in my earlier post. Sorry. Hahaha. wink.gif

Just wanted to share my latest purchase and get the valued opinions of all the sifus out there, as to whether this is authentic or a fake.

It was sold by this ebayer, for 55 pounds including postage.
salejunkie

But if you look at the last picture, you can't see any wordings embossed into the 2 strips of silver linings. I think someone here mentioned there should be clear alphabets written in those silver lines.

by looking at the pic, it looks legit. u may want to look at the serial number inside the shirt with the red tag, from what i can see ur shirt on the red tag (8 83153 68993 9). it should have the same number inside-out.

the 2 hologram stripes is for the authentic version (i have both france authentic home & away, i could hardly see any text on it) where single hologram is on the replica shirt which the text can clearly be seen.

u may refer to these pics taken from kitbag.

Yeah the swingtag barcode matches the numbers inside the shirt. So should be legit. Thanks for the tips. Much appreciated!

None are authentic per se. They are custom NN made by different people, because none of them are used in any competition anyway. Depends on which design u like better la.

the kits actually r the formotion type of jersey, not the same as climacool type which can be easily find at al-ikhsan, realone sport n etc....so that's explain why the japanese club's kit are so expensive..

I think it's only 1 dot. I was a little disappointed at the worksmanship though.

if looking at current kit @ new kit, Adidas have made a good job in designing club kits with
new Milan,Real Madrid kit, Lyon 3D shirt etc...while nike have been plain horrible with some of their
club shirts sweat.gif

Well, its finally here - courtesy of Protech kitzone.

I thought the material was using the current Portugal home kit, loose and stretchy ala 11/12 Man Utd home jersey. But its made like the 11/12 away jersey instead, light but very compact. Luckily i still can fit into mine (usually wear 3XL but Nike only made 2XL for this season sweat.gif ).
Its very plain but with a good cargo pants or a nice pair of jeans, it looks good.

Are u sure that's the right NN for the away? hmm.gif or its my eyes playing tricks on me, coz the number looks darker.

And I think RVP will be using 16 during Euro.

The Fan Style printing is darker, the Official printing is lighter. Well, according to Subside Sports anyway. Oh, thanks for pointing out that RVP will be 16 for Euro, I had to double check that and you were right. You have saved me from buying the wrong shirt!

It's a youth kit which retails at rm189 and is just right after the recent Adidas sales. It looks ok.

Er, the sizing. Yours says 15-16y ie Youth XL.

The features and cutting are the same except the badge is smaller.

I bought an S. I'm 5'7, average build. Fits well, like the 2011-12 kit. Sleeves are a little looser in comparison.

I bought mine from the UK (Sportsdirect). Tried on an S size at Al-ikhsan in Subang Parade and the S fit like an L. Tried on another S at adidas at Empire Subang and it was close to the one I got from the UK.

Really hard to tell how the sizes turn out without trying them on but if you buy it from adidas stores, it's quite safe.

The main Home colour has been changed to red and the traditional blue shirt becomes the Away option. A third kit will be launched at a later date.

The change to red is with a view to increasing revenue internationally, with the colour holding spiritual significance in the Far East.  The club's investors are from Malaysia and the country's name adorns the front of the shirts.

When plans for a change emerged several weeks ago they were met with some opposition and seemed to have been abandoned.  The proposals have now been "reactivated" and a new club crest has also been revealed, featuring the red Welsh dragon more prominently and a new motto "Fire & Passion", but also retaining the inclusion of the Bluebird.

The club believes that the changes "have been or will be accepted by the vast majority of supporters".

It's insane that we pay so much for these jerseys but are exposed to toxic materials. Someone should come down hard on Nike, Adidas and Puma.

I find it odd that only the EURO team jerseys were singled out. Surely the same process and methods are applied to club jerseys too?

That would mean we're all at risk!

Its a chinese thingy i guess, since the owner now is chinese, so the color red and the dragon might brings good fortune and auspiciousness to the club.

care to show us the patches?

Also u said the workers in the fanshop say they dont sell the respect patches because it is controlled item, but then u say u get it from them? hmm.gif

in all honesty knowing the experience that the guys at MKZ have, even compared to fan-shop at Munich, i'm putting my money on MKZ.

care to show us the patches?

Also u said the workers in the fanshop say they dont sell the respect patches because it is controlled item, but then u say u get it from them?  hmm.gif

in all honesty knowing the experience that the guys at MKZ have, even compared to fan-shop at Munich, i'm putting my money on MKZ.
*
Nope i didnt got any respect patch from the fanshop because they not selling it,its for the players only. The staff from MKZ asked me if i want to buy from them.

So if you bought a jersey from the fanzone of your fav team and it is the original one but MKZ say its fake you still believe them?

Will show the patches later, using iphone right now

U mean MKZ is referring to the Bundesliga patches izzit?

As for the RESPECT patches, it's abundance from various sellers bro, just a bit pricey because comparing to other normal patches, it is still rare. U can find them from ebay and many other sellers who have contacts or SportingID account. Only that official shops wont be selling them freely, some doesnt sell them or some only sell them if they are printed to the shirt from their shop.

Whether the claim that the patches u have is fake or not i wont say until we see the pictures, i dare say 100% the RESPECT from MKZ is authentic.

Dude relax, i don't think its substantiated report, if it were, it would have alerted many regulators in the EU countries and mind you, unlike most they are very stringent on these kinda things.

And plus, it would have been reported in the media. With that much being sold, it would have been a very serious matter.

All the more to not buy fake jerseys, god knows what they actually put in those if original kits have this kinda reports on them...

It is reported in the media, but i dont know why.. not much ppl seem to care nowadays, or the news is not really wide spread.. probably nike/adidas paid off all the media.. with so much $$ they tend to lose if its true.

Guys, why does Holland wear the Respect and EURO patch for Home:

But not for Away:

Is this a normal thing? I want to get my bf the Away jersey complete with the Respect + EURO patches but would that be just plain weird? Is it better just without those patches for Away? I know nothing about basic football so please help a girl out sweat.gif

dat away kit was used during the friendly matches..hence there's no need for the Respect/Euro badge
on its sleeve..the home kit was used during the 1-0 loss to denmark some days ago

Noticed the flag on that away shirt..that's Slovakia flag. Holland played em some couple of weeks ago in friendlies

Similar experience with u. Stated at their page ready stock, but when I asked them they said will take 5 to 7 days, if not mistaken after around 10 days no news from them, so I asked they said another few more days, all in took around 2 weeks. Always saying supplier processing stock lol. Even if the stock is delayed, they should at least inform.

Somehow I have a funny feeling one of protech's suppliers is Kitbag. Size availability looks awfully similar. Take the new England away for example. Kitbag has sold out size 40. Same as protech. Kitbag is currently having 50% off for the England away. Price is almost the same at protech as well. Coincidence? Don't think so lor.

Might as well I buy myself at Kitbag if I have the credit card. If I want cheaper, just rope in a few members to split the postage.

Just my 2 cents.

I used Poslaju, kinda expensive. Around RM150 they charge me. It took 2 days to reach UK safely.

Also can try registered normal mail @ Pos Daftar. It comes with a tracking number. Reach UK in around 7-9 days. Costs as low as less than RM20, depending on size/weight.

Actually I was sending back a shirt to kitbag for refund. But the address given is a P.O box. I check with many courier but only pos laju can send.

in KL any shop that can do quality numbering and letter for jersey that doesn't look fake? I am new to KL and staying in wangsa maju, it is better to have a shop near here or reachable by lrt.

And also if possible to add Euro 2012 or EPL batch at side?

There is only original and fake NNs. Since you stay at Wangsa Maju, head to Al-ikhsan, Real One at BB Plaza or Qline at Pertama Complex near Sogo to get the original NNs smile.gif

I am afraid you won't get the Euro 2012 patch though unless you have leak source smile.gif

Is Al-ikhsan original or fake one? And what's the price of numbering + letter in Al-ikhsan and also Real One and Qline?

And i found a online seller based in terengganu, he can put Euro 2012 & RESPECT batch for RM15.

I ordered my France kit on the 11th.
They emailed me on the 15th I think, and told me they ran out of sizes.
Gave me choice for either a full refund or wait.
Felt so cheated. doh.gif

kitbag are selling england euro2012 kits home & away for 50% discount...u can buy selected euro2012 kits at rm179 at all al-ikhsan outlet....for NN, i usually made up my mind which team i will support n then head to realone sports to buy the replica n official NN...some of the fans wait n see which team progress to the next round b4 buying the replica kit..by that time, 4 sure the NN will ran out stock...i have bought myself england away, netherland home and germany away completes with NN for this euro...i also bought man utd tablecloth home kits from kitbag via standard delivery for rm240 only (complete with bpl patches n standard delivery charges) last week...

agree with u bro. they should inform us if the item is delayed.
anyway, hope they will improve in the future

i think protech get their stock from kitbag where they can get discount if ordering the item in bulks....al-ikhsan gets their stock direct from nike, adidas n etc where realone get theirs from singapore...that's explained protech can sold the kits coincidently with kitbag/spotsdirect....and if the item have been sold out, they need to re-order it n the customer who have to pay first for the kit need to wait extra days to receive their order...just my opinion...: )

the status "picking" means that they r waiting the stock to complete...i suggest u should ask for refund, i once encountered similar circumstances where the united training kit which i ordered at kitbag were not delivered to me after two weeks n the status in the profile showing "picking"...after a few e-mails to customer service, i cancelled the order n they refund my money after the next e-mails...

How long it has show picking? Did you order contains insignia or printing? if so, it might takes extra few days to be delivered, if already more than 5 days, its better you contact them to ask the status smile.gif

normally if u r ordering personalised item, it will takes up to 3 days before they shipped the item....the status picking means that there r delay in order due to stock, but after 1 week the status doesn't changes, u can contact the customer service for some infos, and if u don't satisfy with the delayed time to complete the order, u should ask for refund...

Experience the same thing when I bought my Italy home kit.
After 3 days I emailed them, I said it is highly unusual for the status to remain at 'picking' when the item is clearly in stock and the fact that I picked express delivery, therefore I would expect it to be shipped swiftly.
Don't know if it's a coincidence or what but a few hours later the status changed to 'shipped'.

And those buggers only replied to my email when I have already received my jersey. laugh.gif
