yaya.. I alwiz add milk to my protein...

Somehow, nowadays I use milk powder instead of liquid form milk due to cost sad.gif

sorry to disturb on all your protein discussion, but i'm seeking for suggestion on how to split my supplements intake.. running out of idea when i start consuming animal cut..

i have Animal Cut, Scivation Xtend, Creatine and Syntha-6. my current intake:

wake up: animal cut, 30mins later syntha-6
morning: breakfast
before lunch: sipping Scivation Xtend
afternoon: lunch
after lunch: continue sipping the left over Scivation Xtend
late afternoon: animal cut
post workout - syntha-6 with creatine, 30mins later Scivation Xtend
night: dinner

inputs appreciated, thanks in advance

There's one thing I've learnt about bad tasting protein powders, you can't do shit to cover it up. Not pin-pointing muscle infusion. But bad tasting shit in general.

thanks for your reply janson_kaniaz. i'm 173cm tall with 85kg now and currently trying to cut and hence with the animal cut, i'm utilizing xtend for recovery. actually i wrote wrongly in my previous post, the xtend is during my workout..

So what were u sipping before and after lunch? Creatine should be taken pre workout as well as post.

hi mike, what i meant was on the bold and underline portion at below. still sipping xtend before and after lunch. i'll take note on the creatine on pre-workout, thanks!

what else? i dont see u take anything at all... u train fasted or wat?
i realise u try to take xtend throughout the day and i did that sometime ago but let me tell u it makes no difference. eat enough and rest enough, and u don't need so much xtend, really.
u can also ditch animal cut, if u fixed your diet.

before sleep: casein/other protein (since you seem to have a lot of supps)

Hello guys, wanted to share my supplement stack and also want to get some advise from experience member.

Currently my stack is:

protein: syntha-6
vit: opti-men
joint support: ON fish oil (just bough, as in this morning)
amino: dymatize super amino 4800
bcaa: xtend
fat burner: oxyelite pro

my amino and fat burner going to finish in 1-2weeks time, and i was thinking to stop taking it and switch to creatine. any advise?

below are my schedule:

morning upon wake up: 1tab fat burner, 30mins later, 1scoop protein and multi vit
lunch: eat as much protein source i can from food. chicken, fish, broccoli and eggs
mid-afternoon 4-5pm: 1 tab fat burner, try to buy bread or fruits
1hours before workout(7-8pm): 4tabs amino acid
intra-workout: xtend
post-workout: 1scoop protein
before bed: 4tabs amino acid

ohh..i forgot,

breakfast: wholemeal bun and raisin bun
dinner(after workout): 3-4slices of wholemeal bread, either with butter, peanut butter or tuna or sardin

my working hour is kinda from 10am-7/8pm. so my timing is abit out

i dont think of getting really bulk..i wanna be ripped and muscular at the same time.

a month, i think. cause i cut from 82kg to now 69kg from last year august till now.

so i think i need to eat more..but hawker food all, susah la.
