sorry to disturb on all your protein discussion, but i'm seeking for suggestion on how to split my supplements intake.. running out of idea when i start consuming animal cut..
i have Animal Cut, Scivation Xtend, Creatine and Syntha-6. my current intake:
wake up: animal cut, 30mins later syntha-6
morning: breakfast
before lunch: sipping Scivation Xtend
afternoon: lunch
after lunch: continue sipping the left over Scivation Xtend
late afternoon: animal cut
post workout - syntha-6 with creatine, 30mins later Scivation Xtend
night: dinner
inputs appreciated, thanks in advance
