Some forumers here wake up early to prepare their bfast, lunch and snacks in between.
You need a lot more protein bro. Don't forget the 'at least 1g per pound of bodyweight rule' if you want to gain muscle.
And try to get the protein from natural foods, the shakes are merely supplements.
It is very hard to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.
Easier for you to gain all the muscle first and then lose the fat (if you're thin lah).
