I use Xtend  + MP Assault.
First time use, my Strength elevated by 30%. I able to break my plateau.

I was wondering about MP Assault, read so many good reviews about it. Is it really that good? how would u compare it to other pre w/o?
and that 30% part...come on man, are u serious? that sounds too much for a first time user rclxub.gif

FDA Press announcement....about 1,3-dimethylamylamine

....The FDA letters noted that DMAA is known to narrow the blood vessels and arteries, which can elevate blood pressure and may lead to cardiovascular events ranging from shortness of breath and tightening in the chest to heart attack. The agency has received 42 adverse event reports on products containing DMAA. While the complaints do not establish that DMAA was the cause of the incidents, some of the reports have included cardiac disorders, nervous system disorders, psychiatric disorders, and death.

Possibly, yes. That's probably the only way to tell if you actually respond to creatine supplementation. If you stop supplementing with creatine for a couple weeks and you don't show any signs of feeling weaker or getting weaker, it probably didn't work for you in the first place.
*
so creatine does work for me,no wonder my reps are decreasing, made me think that i lost some lean muscle or something.....anyway, what's your take on BCAA?it really does wonders for my recovery but if you have to choose between aminos and creatine, which one do you think is better in terms of muscle building?

BCAA don't work for me, rather a waste of money IMHO.

If you want recovery, there are other pharmaceutical products that works better.

I rather get creatine HCI than spending more on BCAA.
*
Really?what are the other products that works better for recovery?and why creatine HCI rather than plain old simple creatine mono?

sharing my MP Assault quick review...

2nd time serving(1 full scoop)...
no tingling at all on 2nd time from beta-alanine,only slightly tingling on 1st time serving(4/1 scoop)...
no kick in feel at all...

feel slightly aggressive, make me wanna pump more...

energy is good can do more set,and energy recover very fast, but still crash after 6-8 reps after 2nd set,but not really need alot of support after taking this, used to had to support all the way after 2nd set...

doesn't feel the focus or other mental improvement, but it still does make me aggressive stated above, feel slightly stressed(not sure if it's the supplement or not, because i set a very tough goal for my today workout,i had achieved my goal btw)

very high heartrate, make me sweat more than ever...

no stomach problem...

Overall, not very effective as expected, but still worth a try, since it's not a magic powder and it's my 1st PWO,but it does help...i'm happy with it,might try different PWO or stay with it next time smile.gif

Edit: heartrate very fast while sleeping, and woke me up...can't get back to sleep now...will try to sleep back later...hope it doesn't ruined my muscle repairing...
Edit2:still cant sleep after 2 hours...I swear I counted thousands of sheep, and I could feel my mind trying to fall asleep but something fighting it at the same time.

Oh my, thanks for the heads up! I didn't bother looking below for the rest of their products, but only the top 2 ones (platinum/titanium whey) since others had no 'whey' in it. They priced it quite weirdly though, rm148 for 75 servings @23g each, for 2 differently-named products with the same amount of protein & servings hahah

I was wondering the same thing as well hmm.gif titanium and platinum is like the same thing with a different name. weird marketing strategy
