Thinking of changing from ON whey to Dymatize iso 100. Anyone tried dymatize iso 100 before? No fats, no sugar.
IMO, if u r not asking abt taste, then u should be the one deciding what you eat. Supplement by mean it's an additional to your normal meals to ensure your nutrients are enough. If you have enough carbs and fats in your diet, all you need is just protein, then Iso 100 is what you need. But if the carbs and fats r not enough, then why not other protein? If u wan ask abt in term of value and worth, On is giving u 24 g protein per scoop,1g protein 3g carbs (120 cal) while Iso 100 is giving u same 24g of protein 1g carb but no fat (hence 106 cal). I believe the price difference is around RM30 where Iso is much expensive and servings size both around 80.
I myself will think On is better in this scenario. Even though Iso may be really faster digest protein than On, but I dun think it's made much different if u take the protein at right time.
If i would spend 200 plus on a protein, I would prefer things like Cytosport Monster Milk that contain blend of both fast digesting whey and slow digesting milk protein.
After all,it's still up to your own preferences.
