Yeeck, how do you take magnum opus? == i just got mine this morning


Added on July 13, 2012, 6:57 pmU take one whole scoop and drink it before training or u mix with water and sip during workout?

i notice some people taking 2 scoops of whey protein after workout. I don't have a problem with that. But i got one question in mind, that is, can our body absorb all the 2 scoops of whey protein which hovers around 40~50g at one go???
