Well, fake protein powder might make you lose pure muscle mass at a rate of 1gram per week. Even if your normal diet is in order and everything else is perfect.

There are 2 I would recommend. Protein powder, creatine. The rest is gravy like multivites and fish oil. People are too eager to knock off basic supplementation but you have a point where people overdo it and treat it like magic.

True, not forget about T-booster and other kinds which I have no idea what they are. I think this 5lbs of Muscle Infusion is my last tub of protein and after this I would follow your way and take less supplement and depends on real food.
I have my PWO in my gym bag always. Got 2 to be exact - Hyper FX and Cardio Igniter. I only use them when I really have no motivation or lack of energy (due to less sleep). This is especially on Shoulder and Chest day. Legs sometime.

Your mind is the best Pre-Intra workout supplement (and my gf too)  brows.gif  brows.gif

I see not every online shop have selling Muscletech Amino. in fact, i read on the contents of these products, it look quite similar? btw, will these product harm to liver?

Have you tried food? I bulk without supplements and I am FAR more of a hardgainer than you. I am absolutely sure. Where the hell is your rice? Pasta? Noodles? WHOLE eggs. Eat them. I bet you just eat animal meat and veges and really limit your rice intake right? Do you know carbs build muscle too? How about i tell you my protein intake can be even less than 100 grams a day on some days?
