You guys take creatine non-stop? I already took one month and plan to stop for a month.
I read at some article that if you don't rest then your body will not be able to produce it anymore.

That's bro science.... no need to cycle creatine. It is NOT a steroid.

to be safe its better to cycle creatine.. some people link continuous intake to developing kidney stone.. its like asparin its not harmful generally..but if you take EVERY DAY even what seem to be harmless can be harmful..usually people would use it 3 months and then take 1 month off it before goin back to it.

So 1kg = rm70 X 2 =rm140.

Dymatize creatine mono, 1kg I saw on musclesup.com rm100-110, or muscleclubmalaysia.com also has around the same price.

For those who do not know much about creatine you can watch the video below. The guy has very good info supported by research.

Do you know that you also can get creatine through all the meat you consume in your daily diet? Just imagine, how much meat does you consumed for your entire life? By your logic, that meat can be harmful to you. Correct?

But in meat, there's only like, 4-5 grams in every kilo. Who eats a kilo of meat a day, every day? Most people don't even eat a kilo of red meat in a week.
And eating too much red meat can cause certain health problems too.

I got mine for only 100 bucks with shipping, but I don't think you can find prices like that now. Tbh, I wont really recommend dymatize creatine cos the mixibility is pretty bad. laugh.gif I think ON's creatine is only RM10 extra with perfect mixibility?

we shouldnt compare creatine in supplemental form with those in meat.. creatine from natural source is easier to absorb/ process by the body.. the creatine mono powder, we must take with lots of water..its harder on the kidney. some people say it can cause kidney stone. for me better safe then sorry. but thats just my opinion.

You heard, we heard, he say she says but no concrete proof. Here's mine. 2 researches on long term usage of creatine and both said that it doesn't cause kidney stones.

The kidney stone formation isn't likely with a healthy person. Actually creatine can INDIRECTLY cause kidney stones because of water retention by the creatine, so you will get dehydrated. The low hydration level is what more likely to cause kidney stones, not the creatine itself directly. That's why it is recommended to take in lots of water if one is on a creatine supplementation.

Do you know that any creatine that can't be absorb by the body is a waste? If the creatine is not being diluted first, then there will be a lot of creatine goes to waste.

Sometimes, a 'unique' idea is a bad idea.

I tried dumping once it into my mouth, it taste super awful cos it is abit bitterish. sad.gif you try putting one teaspoon into a transparent cup and stir it, it wont dissolve completely for idk what reason..and it feels like sand are in my mouth when I drink it. ON's creatine will dissolve completely in water.

Nowadays I just mix milk into my already shit brix flavoured whey to make the shake 'thicker' and so I don't really feel the sandy creatine.
