Just mix it with any drink. Just dump it into your protein. Doesnt have to be grape juice.

im taking the met-rx glutamine currently (2scoops after training with mass gainer n a scoop every morn) but still didnt c any improvement in recovery time. muscle will definitely sore for 4 days after every training!! T.T help me...

You guys take creatine non-stop? I already took one month and plan to stop for a month. I read at some article that if you don't rest then your body will not be able to produce it anymore.
