hey guys im fairly new with supplement. May i ask is anyone here using any whey protein such as optimum nutrition 100% whey gold standard. May i ask what flavour is the best? which brand of creatine should i go for? Thanks!

Pre workout: MusclePharm Assault During Workout: Scivation X tend (Amino Acid) Post Workout: ON Gold Standard Whey Protein Did i missed anything out? Thanks |
