oh damm...today i received an sms, saying my application of AUTO DEBIT is successful.
I was trying to register pay by phone la..

now i have to call them up..zzzzz

at least you receive sms regarding this
i just found out when i try to pay my phone bill over the counter, then only i know they enroll auto debit for me

called them up..

CS said, the pay by phone option, only mastercard/visa is available...
for amex, u need to call them up, submit a case to their team, baru can proceed, bla bla bla, which i'm not interesting in anymore coz i guess by that time it's not weekends anymore..

so i ask CS to cancel my autodebit, and say his team will call me up within 1 working day, to proceed to cancel that.

will update again once it's done.

Combined credit limit.

CS ask me to send them the proof like the agoda receipt.
My booking was done on March. The CS mentioned, the manual rebate can only be done on 1st May.

Do i need to pre-inform MBB that I will be going oversea as i wish to use my Amex while oversea.

Agoda transactions are different with normal transactions..
Sometimes although its shown "successful" charge but actually Agoda still have to wait for confirmation/verification from bank. That might be why its only charged on Monday.

And for that reason also, sometimes hotels doesnt get your reservation when u try to check-in...
