you complain/sue/..., i don't think maybank gonna give shit on you, they make business by not to say misleading, but bring some confusing to most of people (mainly on the interest %, by playing mathematical tactics)

1) if the time of the process is within saturday, 0000 to sunday 2359 at local time, (which is why people say if you want to rebate through paypal need at saturday evening), so i think is yes.
2) yes, if you use amex, and fulfil condition 1. 5x treat point everyday
