okie, see you there as a ipad winner this year. haha. I think i will bid for a gps device this year.
*
Rule#1: bidding rule for me is never bid something above the market price.
Rule#2: if the activity is for donation, I would rather do cash donations for tax rebate purpose.

Yup, good to see you there by chance. Treats Fair comes by every July of the year.

Pardon me....What does "prompt repayment" means?
I dont understands the tier....

If missed payment date then it will be +1 and miss another will +2 so will fall in tier 2?

Any idea why my statement shows 4x bonus, instead of 5x bonus points?

It is actually 4x + 1x.
1x is standard, 4x is the extra feature.

Another doh.gif question... Maybe Maybank should re-do their TP calculation in their statements for the future.

not sure if anyone posted this yet but if u eat mcd regularly, u might wanna consider exchanging 2k = rm10 mcd voucher.
Conversion rate is better than giant/jusco vouchers

agree on this as McD doesnt accept CC but giant/tesco do. same for KFC 6000 TP for RM30 voucher. but metrojaya/parkson voucher still give a better value.

just to say my agoda booking which i've done on last sat was posted today with transaction date 24th march (saturday)..

but i swipe with visa card instead of amex though....for fear the transaction will not be dated sat...

got the normal 6% agoda whole year promo + 1x TP which is equivalent to 6.5%, if amex also 7.5% so still ok la..at leat i'm sure i can get 6.5%

not sure whether using visa/amex will affect the date it transacted, or just random luck...

edited to say:

just remember, the 6% is on before tax, while if amex 5%, it should be on after tax...

so..the diff is more that 1%, if one wants to be more calculative biggrin.gif

if you want Parkson, then might as well get Robinsons at 9k TP... but the value for money deal for me is Carrefour vouchers at RM10 per 2k TP... of course if you've already decided on buying things from Hush Puppies, Robinsons or Parkson then it's more worth it there...

the annual TP fair is where the best deals crop up though. smile.gif

But Metrojaya prices are generally more expensive compared to Carrefour.
