lol. i can imagine fenrir's position.
i had a maybank teller giving me mis-information about which exchange rate my bankdraft would be cleared at. went back and questioned them when the funds came in and they got HQ to refund me the difference of over rm1.6k. ONLY because the teller ADMITTED to telling me wrong information. Now can you find the same cs and get him to admit? |

QUOTE(CcL @ Mar 9 2012, 05:05 PM) lol. i can imagine fenrir's position. admit or not, doesnt matter. i'll file as customer complaint instead.i had a maybank teller giving me mis-information about which exchange rate my bankdraft would be cleared at. went back and questioned them when the funds came in and they got HQ to refund me the difference of over rm1.6k. ONLY because the teller ADMITTED to telling me wrong information. Now can you find the same cs and get him to admit? rm1.6k is a huge difference imo, bank very peculiar abt rm0.0001 cent, how come they could make huge disparity such as rm1.6k? this is really outrageous. |

Gosh, I checked my phone, 2X unknown number called me around 4pm. Phone was on silent. I didn't make any inquiry to any bank/institution.
Could it me I just lost an iPhone 4S? |

Call up CS to ask when is your statement date.can some1 define it clearly? I got my credit card last month... And i dunno when is my statement date/posting date as last month was my 1st month... You dont have to pay the amount 1 day everytime after using it. You are given 20 days from your statement date to settle the outstanding amount. Due date for payment is stated on your statement as well. Cashback is normally credited on the 1st or 2nd of the month. Just to check, cashback for MBB2 Amex is only for weekend transactions. |

QUOTE(fenrir0402 @ Mar 9 2012, 08:51 AM) He himself should be aware of it not me. You are SERIOUSLY WRONG on the highlighted (by yourself) sentence. Furthermore, I did quote example to him, on the statement date, not before, not after. YOU supposes to aware/understand before you apply/start using the credit card, or else what's the point of publishing the T&C/sending a copy of T&C to new credit card users? Do read the T&C, I don't want to pick up more but just read the 1st ever sentence in the T&C Taken from 1st sentence in T&C here QUOTE The issuance of the Maybankard 2 Cards (hereinafter referred to as “the Credit Card”) by Malayan Banking Berhad (hereinafter referred to as “Maybank”) to the Cardholder and the use of the Credit Card by the Cardholder shall be subject to the following terms and conditions made known to the Cardholder at the time of application for and/or at the time of delivery of the Credit Card. These terms and conditions shall be binding on the Cardholder immediately upon acknowledgement of the receipt and/or use of the Credit Card. QUOTE(berman517 @ Mar 10 2012, 12:32 AM) ya...i spent on saturday & sunday...and i immediately pay up the amount in the 2nd day. You will still receive the bank statement. i think the reason you did not receive any bank statement is because haven't reach the statement date yet. I suggest you to call the CS and ask when is the exact date.to be more precise,i dun receive any bank statement for my 1st month(Feb) (probably because i clear all the debt 2nd day i swipe the card?) Added on March 10, 2012, 12:45 amCan you check your card details on M2U? maybe your cash rebate already credited on the 1st or 2nd of march without you realising it. QUOTE(berman517 @ Mar 9 2012, 11:09 PM) Hi...im very confused of the statement date & posting date.... wah..bro, u never use CC before izzit? (not bashing, just question)can some1 define it clearly? I got my credit card last month... By using AMEX,everytime i pay the amount 1 day after i swipe it... in the end of month...i dun see any cash rebate... is that normal? And i dunno when is my statement date/posting date as last month was my 1st month... hmm..i'll try to explain...if anyone saw some mistake in my explanation, pls correct, dun wanna be quote and said i give wrong info 1st, receiving statement or not is nothing to do with all these. perhaps they got ur address wrong or something. or maybe postman send to wrong house. call CS up. i dun get physical statement, coz i personally requested so, since i have m2u, its enuf. AMEX only give 5% rebate on weekends usage, whether u r eligible for the 5% or not, it depends on the transaction date. if transaction date falls on sat/sun, then u r eligible. for your statement date, for everyone it could be diff. but all my CC, the statement date is 12th each months. and the payment due date is usually end of current month / start of current month (20 days, like one of the bros said). the way maybank AMEX rebate work, its a bit diff. they follow calendar month instead of statement month (for my case 12th this month - 11th next month), so all ur rebate will be credited every 1st of the month, regardless ur statement date. (the cap of rm50 is also following calendar month.)Whether u get the rebate this month, or next, it depends on the transaction's posting date, not transaction date. after typing all these...i just remember to check one thing from you. is ur AMEX under Maybank 2 Cards? which u r given one AMEX and another VISA/Mastercard? |
