i got some stupid/silly question here

lets assume my card CL is RM10k and i got 0 outstanding debt on the card
then i do credit card payment of RM5k to the said card, means my card now has 10k CL + 5k CR right?

so what will happen in the situation below?

1) i purchase something worth RM11k
2) i make 2 purchases worth RM6k and RM7k respectively

will the transaction pass for above?
*
I believe there would be no problem with the transactions under the 2 scenarios you mentioned, though I've only tried it once with my Citibank card.

Which credit card has cash rebate and allow auto debit or pay online for TNB bills?
Other than Citibank, uob, maybank and amex.

Anyone with allianz CC can check whether can pay thru online?

Edit : for TNB bills.

Hi Coconut, Alliance CC (not Allianz, the insurance company) can only pay a very limited number of bills through their online banking. I've heard that an enhancement is coming, but no idea when it will be implemented. Suggest to put your insurance auto-debit on the Alliance Platinum for both points and cash rebates.

You will pay only RM 100/month but your credit limit is reduced by RM 2,400.
You will get back this RM 2,400 into your credit limit once you complete your installment.

The moment you apply for all cards, all of your applications will appear in a central system which all banks can see. Depending on what the bank's risk policy is, you may find all of your application being rejected - especially of concern as you income is less than RM36K. Not to mention, all card approval are subjected to GST RM50 which you have to bear with no questions.

I'll be straight forward - your actions are not smart, be smarter and do your homework on which card to choose.
